That was over all great knowledgeable advice, Luke. I liked that you discouraged 'eating' every couple hours. So many people do that (brainwashed); certainly body builders do, which puts such a strain on the bodily systems. One can build wonderful muscle eating a normal, nutrient dense, diet; even with doing some intermittent fasting, and of course along with proper exercise. Once again, thank you for your commitment to 'conscious holistic living' and sharing this important information with people everywhere.

Luke, you are intelligent and well informed about your subject but it concerns me that you seem to show approval toward a vegan diet. Every vegan I know is battling health problems constantly because of the enormous nutritional deficiencies that appear when one goes vegan. The problems compound with time. They feel wonderful at first, because of the temporary cleansing effects, which can be achieved by occasional fasting. Then come the deficiencies and subsequent health challenges. The fact is this: There is not now or ever was, a people, tribe, nation ,etc, etc, that has EVER survived through generations on a vegan diet.
@colleenag1 Жыл бұрын
Hey Luke, I hear you.. but have you noticed that the generation that grew up in the 80s and 90s are taller than their parents… this is despite us being more sedentary. I always thought it was because our nutrition profile was better, which includes protein levels. Of course we’re also wider which is the story we’re more familiar with 😊

Yr opinion on the ketogenic diet? High fat, MODERATE protein, low or no carbs, of coyurse no sugar. Too much protein can lead to gluconeogenesis aka they can break down into sugar. Not gonna start eating beans or legumes after my keto & carnivory diet and the post-menopausal weight loss and I wasnt even that heavy but looking at gaining at least 10 lbs a decade on the SAD in the US.

Hey sir Luke i was wanted to ask you a question that how tea is taking our muscles, if we drink in excess, but in directly got the answer that, " if we drink tea on empty stomach or filled stomach since its acidic in nature made our body acidic and acid deplets the growth of amino acids, and amino acid are building blocks of proteins. . .thanks for the information.

Is incomplete Protein a myth? does our body store amino acids and later get absorbed when the absent amino acids meet? because sometimes we can't combine every combination together all the time and we don't eat legumes n lentils everyday and 2 meals a day. Unfortunately protein has become a billion dollars industry.... How protein works... The food u eat, protein breaks down into amino acids...total 23 amino acids...15 amino acids are made by yr body...rest come from some vegetables foods like beans, cabbage, carrots , pumpkin cucumber etc. U can get sufficient protein from vegetarian protein. Excess protein comes with its own problems. Taking 30 gm of protein is too much in 1 meal, at 1 meal human body can absorb 11-17 gm protein. We need humam growth hormone, testoron, every time u generate human growth hormone , activity generates human growth hormone. Too much stress hormones chortesol , affects human growth hormone . Body builder also inject themselves with testeron. Add right amount of good fat. Excess protein will put pressure on yr kidenys. Even vitamin efficiency will not help if u r simply consuming more protein. Don't eat every 2 hours, protein takes 2-3 hours to digest.
