This bread is very tasty. I am really enjoying your recipes. My story is very similar to yours. Both of my parents died in their 60s from complications of diabetes and other metabolic diseases. During the 1970s, doctors kept giving them more and more insulin, which of course made them heavier and made their conditions even worse. If I only knew then would I know now it would have been different. I have tried to be very careful during the past several decades, but I have type 2 which I control with diet and metformin. I just subscribed to your channel and am looking forward to trying more of your recipes. Thank you for your efforts.

Very easy recipe and I’ll try it tomorrow and let you know, thanks 😊 I made this today and it turned out great❣️ the consistency is bread like and does not fall apart. The flavor was a little off and I did add a teaspoon of allulose. Do you have any ideas to improve the flavor to taste more like bread? What do you think of butter powder, or nutritional yeast or potato flakes? Also, would you make a bread loaf recipe? Thanks!

Your recipe says 2 Tbsp. of Lupin flour, but in the video you say "add 1 Tbsp. of Lupin Flour", just checking which it is. I just made this with 2 Tbsp of Lupin in a good size Ramekin and it boiled over in the microwave. However, it did taste really good in comparison to the 90 second Almond Flour recipe I've been using. Thanks!!!

The correct amount is in the recipe: 2 Tbsp of Lupin Flour. It always works fine in my mold. Try a larger Ramekin or consider buying the mold I use (link in the video description). The mold is good for buns, hash browns, etc. Note that I put half the batter in each mold. If you are using Ramekins, use two of them for each half of the bread.
