I just wanted to add some info here as I have LFD and I was able to get my luteal phase from 6-7 days to now about 14-15 days over the course of the past year. In addition to a prenatal I started taking a B vitamin complex(Garden of Life) and 750mg of vitamin C a day. I also take sunflower seeds during my luteal phase and progesterone(given by my doctor). I just wanted to share in case this can help anyone. Still praying for God to bless us with a child, but being able to make these changes and see it in my cycle has been really helpful.

Thank you for sharing! I tracked my ovulation for the first time last month and realized that my luteal phase was only 6 days long. That wasn't entirely surprising to me though, because I have a big cyst on my right ovary. My husband and I have been married for almost 2 years now and we're ready to have a kid. I am a bit disappointed that it may be a difficult journey. Nonetheless, we're hopeful

I don't know what is up.. my cycle was 28 to 30 days long forever. Then as soon as we decided to try for baby my cycle cut down to 24-26. According to my ovulation test i am still ovulating at the same time day 14-15 but my luteal phase suddenly went to 8-10 days long. Trying to figure what happened to casue it. I am not particularly stressed, or anxious. PMS hasn't really been a problem. I don't feel anything until i get my period then i get cramps for 4 days.. but pain killers usually help them.. I am trying a fertility tea this month to see if it helps.. not sure i want to try vitex yet.. will see.

My luteal phase is usually 11 days. Is this short? We’re going on 4 months of TTC and it seems we’re doing everything right. Idk why we’re having a hard time:/

I heard from a doc that 11days is on the borderline.. like not a immediate concern but it's not typical either? I say keep tracking and see which way it goes.

Hi Stevie Thank you so much for your video! I have a really short luteal phase. My periods are Irregular too but mostly they are short coming in at 23/24 days but sometimes 34 days. Im Ovulating day on day 17 (I tested with the clear blue tests and was only getting the flashing smiley face till day 20/21 but not a solid smiley so im not sure if im actually getting that peak surge then Im getting a bleed 5/6 days after ovulation. Implantation bleeding has been mentioned to me but this feels exactly like a period it isnt spotting its usual bleeding with mild cramping. Did you find taking the supplements lengthened your luteal phase? If so how long did this take? Im in the UK so is VITEX The same thing as the Agnus castus supplements? Im so low at the moment with all this just feels its going to be an impossible path for us x

Females who have low progesterone levels may have irregular periods and struggle to get pregnant. Without this hormone, the body cannot prepare the right environment for the egg and developing fetus. If a woman becomes pregnant but has low progesterone levels, there may be an increased risk of pregnancy loss.It is Better You Use Agbara Herbal Medication to always Boost Your Fertility and Increase Your Progesterone level to be Normal ,, to Boost Your Fertility and get pregnant fast
