Just fantastic... I have been doing regular 1-hour workouts in gym since more than one year now, but doing this 15-minute walking exercise since last one week, I am getting more good results. My body is more toned, even my tummy bloating is less now, its more toned. I am feeling lighter (after initial body aches of course). Thank you, Lucy for sharing this with us. In future, i will be trying more of your exercises, but right now i am just in love with this one...

@@sujataroul6585 i started with these first. In less then 10 days started seeing noticeable results. I never weigh or measure myself, so cant tell you exactly how much in those term. but my hips are reducing and thighs are getting slimmer and toned. BTW I did it just once a day for just 15 mins. No diets. And since last 3 days, have started Lucy's 7-mins loose belly fat workouts too along with this one.

@@glamour0111 I think it will. This one is easier for beginners, but very effective. So just try out (BTW just do for 15 mins as per this video at first) and see for yourself. Nothing to loose other than inches and fat :) BTW be prepared for body aches and pain after initial 2-3 days' workout, but they will go away soon.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer, I totally did a whole life change. I've been eating way healthier - no carbs, no sugar, limited sodium, lots of veggies and some fruit. I've also started exercising. I've been doing mostly walking videos but after a while they get boring so I search for other videos. Came across yours and I love how you do toning as part of the workout and how you do the freestyle so we choose. The 30 second count downs make working out seem to go faster as well, and your awesome accent is just pleasing. Who needs music with that voice? LOL! Thanks for making health videos. I love this workout! I have 40% burns and I've just had a total thyroidectomy due to thyroid cancer. I just had to tell you that love doing this workout. It's easy enough on my skin grafts and burns injuries but still works the muscles underneath, I love the count down, I love that there's no jumping and no thumping loud music while still getting the heart rate up and causing a sweat. I am a 68 year old grandma living in South Africa. I have been doing some of these exercises for nearly 2 months now , 6 days a week and love every moment . I have lost 3 kg in weight and a 3 cm on my arms and 4 cm on my thighs. I do the mobility workout every morning and haven,t felt so good in a long time .I recommended the workouts to a lot of my friends and they are now exercising as well. I started doing your workouts (specifically this video) in mid February 2021 after receiving some troubling lab results from my doctor. It's been 8 months now, and I'm down over 40 pounds and 5 inches off of my waist. My blood sugars are under control and my blood pressure well on its way down. Before settling on becoming a devoted Lucy-fan, I attempted many people's beginners videos. Most of them involved a lot of getting onto the ground and getting back up. I much prefer your method of standing low impact approach to fitness. I try and share these videos with anyone who will listen to me rave about you.

Im on day 15!! I usually do more than just this one though. lately I've been doing with combined with the 30 minute one and a few song length dance workouts (fitness marshall is a fun one for dances). feeling lighter and more toned. I wish I knew where my tape measure went though cause my scales all over the place. I'd say I've lost at least 2 maybe 3 pounds. I seem to be really up and down though maybe cause ill lose some weight but then gain muscle. Also my water weight fluctuates a lot but either way I'm definitely trending downward. After a lifetime of having other factors control my weight (emotional eating when i was young, an ulcer that made me lose 60+ pounds, alcohol abuse that made me gain all the weight back etc.) I'm finally at a place in my life that I feel like I'm the one who has full control of my body. This year I've quit smoking, quit drinking, started eating better, and now am actually getting exercise. Thank you so much for your video! It's helped me so much.

I am ur daily client who doing 7 days challenge every weak alternate but now last few days I have pain in my ri8 knee so couldn't do any form so after 4 days I started with dis and probably I can easily perform dis workout without hurting my knee...once my knee heal again I'll start with another hiit section of workout...thank u I have lost around 3.5 kg with ur 7 day challenge within whole month with good diet in my Ramadan....thank u so mch

Grant Hiddle I did almost all of Lucy's workouts throughout my pregnancy. I consulted my doctor first and he told me I was even allowed to push my body, but that I had to listen to my body and that if it caused any pain or cramping to stop.

I got through this entire workout and actually felt myself getting warm. This is low impact, even with my painful knee. Could not accomplish the lunges very well, but I love the part where you give a choice of what to do. Thanks for the motivational tips as well. I will check in in a couple of weeks to let you know how I am doing. BTW, I am 64, pretty overweight and have osteoarthritis in my knees.

Good for my mental state as well as physical. Is there anything l should be wary of having parkinson's and doing this routine. I do struggle with fatigue with the parkinson's. Thanks again.

These 15-minute videos have been hugely helpful for me who is, (like millions) stuck at home in lockdown from Coronavirus. I don't think I would ever have gone looking for content like this if the world were not in this particular circumstance, but I'm sure to continue doing this even when we are able to go out again. Hi Lucy and all, I just wanted to share my story and inspire others that your workouts are so effective, both for the body and the mind. I was a yo-yo dieter for many years and disliked exercise immensely lol however I had the light globe moment that I am 58 and with chronic back and neck problems and if I wanted a longer life, I better do something. I choose to not want to pay for the gym so I began looking at home exercising, I finally found your walking and light exercise workout on the 18/6/18 . As to date the 17/8/18 eating a healthly diet of 1300 calories and 30 minutes 5 days a week of your workouts I have lost 7.2 kgs and feel stronger and mentally amazing, yippee. Lucy has a way of making this workout suitable for people at every fitness level. I consider myself to be pretty fit (running, yoga, dancing for a decade and working a trainer off and on for a couple of years), and this walking and TONING workout still gets my heart rate up and the moves are challenging when you really use your breath and connect your mind to movement. I really appreciate the pay yourself tip as well and I will be incorporating that immediately so I can buy cute workout clothes!

This is one of my favourites. The moves are low impact so I do this together with one other shorter, more intense workout from the channel each day. I've been doing them everyday for 2 and a half weeks and I noticed I've been wanting to move more, not always sitting or lying down. I haven't had much success in losing inches or weight though but I'm sure if I keep at it, I will see the results soon. Yes? Yes!

Having been shielding for weeks, I had a bad flare with RA, have started doing your 7 min challenges & this walking vid twice daily, starting to feel toned already & my joints are calming down. I mix & match these do 2x 7 min challenges & this walking one twice daily. Thank you @Lucy for providing these workouts. I started doing it 2 weeks ago and discovered you on youtube. I finished my 7 day leg challenge and realized that I hadn't measured my legs. I do see a difference. Less cellulite and more toned legs/thighs. I can't wait to do this workout.

God has really given you a gift to help people to lose weight and to be healthy. Exercising with Lucy has improved my balance, my strength, and my "looks". I am still overweight, but am more toned. I exercise 15 minutes a day, 4 to 5 days a week, and even that small amount makes a difference ... and I follow a variety of Lucy's videos. Thank you, Lucy!

Thanks so much for this!!! My gym days are over at 68 and I walk now for 50 mins every day. I have hip and back issues so cannot do the more strenuous workouts any more. We've had non-stop rain here in Australia for days now so I searched KZbin for some exercises that I could do at home that required no weights etc I found this one and did it twice! This will be my go to now in wet weather, and I will also take a look at your 60 min walk video, plus your others here. Blessings to you for providing this ♥

The end of march, with this exercise I use lime ginger and garlic. I make a pot of it and stored in the fridge that my water. Next when am at work I walk a lot cause am a security officer

Really like this workout! It's a great one to start with, then I add one or two other targeted, slightly shorter workouts, such as the 7 minute thigh workout. It makes for a quick but thorough session of about 35 minutes duration. And as Lucy says, "It'll fly by!" Thank you Lucy. You inspire so many people around the world to be healthier and feel better about themselves.

I've been following Lucy's workouts for about a week now and I can already tell they are so effective! I enjoy doing them so much that I've recruited my mum, dad and sister to do them with me! Lucy is the loveliest, her words of encouragement throughout the videos are so motivating. Thank you so much for these exercises! I have been struggling since overcoming stage 2 Ovarian Cancer six years ago and a serious back injury 2 years ago. I love yoga but, struggle to even do that because some positions are quite painful. Low impact without a great deal of bending down helps me so much!!! Thank you!!!!

Thank you! I just found you today. I exercise nearly every day, but I just set a goal to be in great shape when I turn 60 next June, so I decided to add a walk to the end of my workout. After decades of yoyo dieting, I'm nearly down to my high school weight and in a size 2. I just want to be firmer.....more like my younger self. I'm not using my age as an excuse. It may be more difficult, but I can do it. I absolutely LOVE your tips and positive messages. I will be back!

Great workout for beginners. It's been 4 months since I had a cesarean and along with breastfeeding my baby, I was finding it difficult to even motivate myself to start exercising. This workout is working wonders! I've just started doing it this week and I can already feel the difference with the positivity and energy I get from it. Just finished this one Lucy! Can't believe how many different workouts there are to choose from - have been fairly consistent for over 2 weeks with the odd day missed but have gone up from 7 minute exercises to your 10-20 minute ones. Thanks for all the enthusiasm and motivation :)
