Started at 293, working out three times a day, using this video for one work out, an ab workout and taking my dogs for a walk, got down to 265 within 3 months. You have to pair it with healthy eating/calorie counting.

I am so proud to have a personal trainer like you. You are phenomenal. My sister can do your workout (she's in a wheelchair) and my mum (arthritis and bone issues) can do them too. My other sister (pregnant) could even do them if she wanted to! You're so inclusive and caring and motivating. Thank you for never body-shaming and also incorporating the importance of mental health into your videos, because that is just as important as physical health. If I end up even a smidgen like you when I'm older, I'll be super happy!

I combine this walk with her 7-minute/7-day exercises for arms, abs, and legs, and I have seen FANTASTIC results over the last month! Not only have I lost 12 lbs, but I've lost an inch of fat everywhere and am still "dropping the inches'" as Lucy says. Thanks to her, I can look in the mirror without hating my reflection. I can wear shorts and skin-tight clothes without feeling ashamed. My boyfriend - an amateur bodybuilder and aspiring personal trainer - can't believe the transformation! I promise it's totally real. If you do Lucy's workouts you'll feel like a brand-new person, both outside as well as in. I'm more confident, focused, happy, and motivated. My depression/anger issues are even improving. Never thought any of this would be possible since I got Lyme's Disease back in 2004. I had to give up being a black belt and tournament fighter in karate because of it and struggled with depression and eating disorders ever since. No more thanks to Lucy and her workouts. This is the first real workout I did when I started trying to lose weight last year. I was completely out of shape and around 178 pounds. I had to pause this video every 3 moves to catch my breath! That was about 6 months ago and I've now dropped 35 pounds and am losing more every week :) I decided to come back to this video - now it's the perfect lazy day workout that still works up a sweat. I plan on revisiting it often!

Don't delay do this today! I've been doing it for 3 weeks now and feel AMAZING, i don't have a double chin anymore, no fat on the tops of my inner thigh and I've lost 5 inches! it makes you feel FAB for the rest of the day if you do it 1st thing in the morning. Thanks a million Lucy 😍

Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and yes i reversed it by exercising and low carb...did this within 10 months...no longer on metformin...no diabetes meds at all...get up in morning and hit this exercise go for a walk and end my day with your stretch as im always aware of my past challenges but diabetes is not me...i am strength!

I’ve done your 15 minute walking and toning video this morning ( that’s my morning workout) and this is my 15 minute evening workout. I’ve got 10 inches to loose off my waist. I’ve started a workout jar, so every time I do your workouts Lucy or do 30 minutes on my exercise bike, I put £2 in. I liked your idea of a rewards jar, so when I’ve lost my weight I will have enough for some new clothes.

Hi Lucy, I'm quite spiritual and so I do believe that God crosses people's paths for a reason, at just the right time. I was pre- diabetic before i began my journey. I have been working on my self over the last 6 mths with a change of lifestyle; incorporating intermittent fasting and together with your various great workouts, have managed to lose 20+ kgs! In addition, my sugar levels have stabilised! And I feel I've done it steadily and sensibly. So, I'd like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your fantastic support and guidance. This is the very first exercise of yours that I found in the summer of 2017. It was rainy but I wanted to do something productive. I really wanted to go for a walk and this was the perfect alternative. It’s still my go to favorite walking exercise but it opened the door to the world of exercises that you have posted here. What a wonderful workout in 15 minutes! My body thanks you for facilitating a comfortable way of getting in shape. I viewed the video first and then followed your instructions. As a 58-year-old youthful woman, I know the importance of working out and eating healthfully. I received the results of my physical a few days ago; my health practitioner was very well pleased to inform me of my LDL (bad) cholesterol numbers. It dropped from 180+ to 102 in over a year. Exercise, eating well, and taking supplements can indeed make one feel better. I look forward to "walking" out with you on a daily basis! Thank you, again!

I'm getting chemo treatments for Cancer. I can do this, the 4 minute arms, and Drop dress size workouts. I do have fays that I can't manage too. The great thing about your workouts is, , I tone up quicky. If I feel really good, I continue the exercise through the breaks. Thank you, anyone can do and keep up with your workouts!

My favourite at the moment. I do this daily. It's brillant as it's really doable. If I feel sickly, I'll just march on the spot, then do the moves. If I feel great, I"'ll do a gentle jog instead of the marching. And if I feel on top of the world, I'll do fast running with high knees instead. It never gets boring. I love it!

I love all your training sessions 1st reason is it’s done in real time with you demonstrating the move all the way 2nd the exercises are short 30 secs which is doable for aged beginners like me 3 rd eating and motivational tips Thank you for your great contribution to fitness

I love this workout and your others ones too. As a single mother who works 11 hour days, I can do this and other workouts. I have a gym membership but never use it as I need to be washing clothes and doing household chores but I can do this several times during my off days and one time during my work day. I love your accent ( huge charming and disarming element) and your well timed verbal cues . I hear you , I respond to you and I am blessed to find such a valueable work out partner and a huge motivator! thank you ! I need to join your lucy squad...love motivational word of the day. Just got you since late January . Feeling a difference.

Hi Lucy! normally Iam a lazy one to do exercises. But watching this video it looks just the one right for me. Yesterday I tried twice and at the end of the day I lost 500 gms. Iam now satisfied and confident that I can do this 15 minutes workouts.Pls keep on posting like this videos for lazy ones like me to become more active like u. Thanks a lot.

I've just done thi wo and I feel absolutely amazing!! I truly enjoyed it. I did it first thing in the morning when my balance is not great...and it worked perfectly! when I do harder wo in the morning I feel exhausted afterwads, while this one seems to be perfect even on an empty stomach. I agree! Almost talked myself out of doing any exercises this morning. I'm so glad I got up and moved. Now to get ready for the day🥰😊
