I watched tons of workouts online but I only liked lucy's so much! It helped me lose weight and be confident again... After I gave birth to my 2nd, I decided to get back in shape. I started in May 2019, I can't seem to find an exercise I love to do but good thing... I found lucy's channel and been working out watching these since august 2019... Good to see new videos uploaded!

As 77 approached I realised I was slowing down a bit. Came across Lucy's video and gave it a try. Within a week I was with her step for step. Such a good workout without wearing me out but I was definitely out of breath by the time we'd finished. More to the point it was fun. Without music and Lucy's explanations it was so easy to concentrate. Love it.

I had joined gym for 1 month. And trust me, those people couldn't keep me hooked on to working out for even two days after I left the gym. And you? You have made me ADDICTED to working out. I can't imagine not waking up in the morning and doing your workouts! It gives me a sense of accomplishment. My day feels super incomplete if I don't. That is what I call a lifestyle change. ♥ You've changed my lifestyle and that is so incredible! I promise you, my trainer, I'm gonna keep myself healthy and workout at least 6 days a week even when I reach my goal weight (actually I don't care about weight. I love the shape that my body's achieving every single day with the progression. I never knew I could have an ab-crack or that my figure was actually a super sexy hour glass or that I could have a thigh gap!). Another great workout!! I've been doing a mix of your routines (lose a dress size, 2 arm workouts, 1 ab and booty workout) each morning and was looking for an afternoon routine to round out my workouts. This is perfect! I'm going to be 60 this May and I've been doing some type of exercise since I was 21. Looking forward to adding a weight routine soon.

I found you when watching KZbin videos of Saccone Joly family. I just started (3yrs later) getting a routine. Have found your exercises great for me and my sister who have not worked out for many years. Love the workouts! Easy to follow and we work up a sweat and are feeling so much better. I can't say enough good, positive and encouraging things about your channel. You are the real deal. I have tried too many to count online workouts and yours outshines the rest. I am 56, post menopausal and these workouts work! I love the variety in length, movement, mental challenge (as we age that is a real thing) and your positive, non gimmicky approach. This is definitely what i needed. I have been so hard on myself because i felt like other exercises are impossible to do for a beginner and i binge on food instead while watching other people workout just hoping. Just now finished this workout . That's really great and awesome m feeling energised. Always grateful to you.🥰to me you are an angel. I remember when people told me I can't lose weight. I remember when I was 96 kgs. I remember when for a back pain doctor told me due to your weight and you have to undergo surgery if the pain persists. After seeing your KZbin channel boom life has been changed alot. I lost 7 kgs. I can remember me in the same weight now I am in my old days. But much fitter than before. It gives me immense pleasure to see the curves. Loved it. Words are not enough to express my gratitude for you. 😊On my journey to lose four more kgs too. And in some of your videos I heard you telling if we don't want to hear your voice we can switch to other music or mute it.but trust me your voice is a bliss. I don't have a fitness partner. Lucy - I cannot ever decide which of your workouts are my "favorites" as I have really loved each one of the many workouts with you I have done. However, this workout was defintely one of my favorites! It was challenging, but easy for me to follow and do safely. I found myself sweating without even realizing how hard I was working. Love love this! I don't want to go outside on my own (not always safe in South Africa for a female to walk alone), so I do this at home. And what is great, I can just open it on my phone. We have loadshedding and there is not always electricity to watch it on TV. Great! Love Lucy and the fact that getting in shape is not so overwhelming with her.

This is my new fave, been doing it everyday... I can see my waist & abs in 2wks... It is also really good for my knee. Strengthens & is gentle enough for knee meniscus tear & keyhole partial trim surgery..

in lockdown 2020, I was doing these and many other exercises everyday, however , the reason I was not losing weight was because I did not sort out my diet, however I have learned from my mistakes and I will try my best to stay motivated and strong in these strange times thanks Lucy :)

Years ago I had knee keyhole surgery for a little meniscus tear. Finally found a excersise that doesn't make my knee tender. The only thing I don't do is March. I do a walk or soft jog... Thx

I do this workout everyday. Some days to add more intensity I run on the spot, instead of marching and I use cans of beans in my hands to give more focus on my arms. 👍

This is my first time of doing some good exercise,and this is my first time of watching your nice exercise. I am really trying to lose weight and to stay fit. Thanks Lucy, more grease to your muscle. I will not miss a single work out from you, i do hope you have workout before bedtime.

Just done as Day 2 of the fitness schedule. Loved it. 2.5k steps done already today and I’m leaflet dropping for my friends local business later so more steps accumulated! Thanks Lucy. Xx
