You cannot spot lose fat so any and all exercises will help you.lose fat but your body will decide the order regardless of what exercise you do.

Thank you 😊 Lucy and cat. I have fibromyalgia which means exercise is a no go area. I've tried all sorts but the pain after is too much to bare. But I have done week one onto week two 😅😅

Good morning Lucy! Yes I've just completed this work out and feel energised to face my day. This definitely got the brain working too. As much as I enjoy this, I prefer the 5mins cardio blast simply from a time perspective. But you always cater for everyone which makes you the best! Thank you for all that you do ❤

I am loving these shorter, full body workouts. I feel quite energized after doing this and ready to start my day. Love that you give us a choice of high or low impact. Really loved this workout, Lucy. Did mostly low impact due to a knee issue but was able to do some of the high impact mixed in. I liked the pendulum puppet, felt that one. I love the 15 minute all in one workouts! 🏋️ Thank you so much, Lucy! I appreciate all you do out of the kindness of your heart. ❤️ You’re the best! 🌟

Monday morning and completed this workout. Mixed up high and low impact - I know my limitations. ☺️Sweating and out of puff when I finished. 136 calories and 2300 steps. Thank you. Feeling energised and mentally strong 💪🏻👍🏻😀🇬🇧

Wonderful love the warm up and stretch in there to. Can mix and match the moves. Muscle ache in areas I didn’t know had muscles. Thank you Lucy for another stunnerx

Just did it! 🎉 I mostly did high impact and the jogging interludes but I switched to low impact when I needed to. And yes Lucy I liked the puppet move. Thanks for the workout!

Hi I have been recently diagnosed with unblocked hernia and have been advised to avoid all body weight exercises as they mostly involve core. Can you plz plz plz plz do a full body workout for people with umbilical hernia as I really need it Tia

Wow. I'm dripping with sweat. It must be because it's boiling outside 😂🤔 I even attempted lunges properly today. I hate lunges usually! Still opted out of bungee jumps but did speed up the running part on the low impact option. Happy weekend ☀️

Excellent workout. Thank you! I love your workouts but may I suggest that you also put up some where you just play music rather than talking thru and as long as you show the previews of upcoming workout and have on the sides, they work just as well. The music sometimes just helps out with the motivation sometimes... thank you!

Hello is it normal not to have any muscle pain after workout ? Does it mean I did not exercise enough with intensity ? Thanks

Its totally fine to have muscle pain after workout as our body needs high rate of oxygen during workouts which is not supplied by aerobic respiration during workout because of engaging body with high intensity workout and thats why body respires anaerobically during excerising and produces lactic acid, thats what actually makes our muscle pain

Sorry but this one did not do it for me. Only a little explanation as to what each exercise was targeting. I Went from high to low and back again. Sometimes the high was a bit erratic. I will continue to do your other total body workouts, which I do each day.
