Hello Lucy! I completed your 4 week challenge Feel Fabulous Summer workout not last week but the week before ( last week I started the 2 week challenge Feel Fabulous Summer workout. I am on the beginning of week 2 today ). And I got complements from family members saying " Wow! Your arms look great! " And it wasn't until last week on Saturday when I went shopping with my bestie that I found out that I have dropped a dress size! ☺️ I was a size 12 & now I am a size 10! I feel amazing & healthy & energised & so happy within myself. Thank you for your Workouts here on KZbin & your free workout challenges. I have to add that my yoga & qigong practices that I do, I feel more stronger in the poses & I do believe that is the help of your workouts I have been doing. So thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. There is not enough thank yous I can give for your help. As I have commented before & many others before me too, you make exercise fun! I am so grateful. Starting with your 20 minute workout. Let's hope I complete this time. Day 1= The workout was good, the exercises were easy and doable and it made me a little bit sweaty well. Day 2 and Day 3 i was travelling so i skipped two days. Day 4- i did it and it was good although I had cramps. Day 5- it was awful; had a hard time doing the exercise but the sweat was worth it. Day 6- it got better, didn't felt like I was struggling

I cracked my fibula on my left leg. i have continued to modify your workouts from a chair and they work quite well. I am staying active despite my injury and being in a "boot" - thank you. My mental health is staying well too.

Well, this may be my new default workout, it ticks all the boxes. Good cardio, works all my muscles and joints, and I need to concentrate so good for motor skills. And of course I agree with all about how great it is to have the warm up and cool down included. Maybe I’ll do this every second day, and then pick one long or two short ones from my favorites list for the other day. Lucy, you continue to impress me, how DO you keep these workouts so FRESH?

Love these workouts. Look forward to all the new ones. There are a handful that are my go to's on days I don't have time for a full workout and have leaned into them even more lately, now that I work an overnight shift the help to keep me active and keep my weight under control since the temptation to eat a whole lotta crap is higher than before. Plus it helps me keep my mind focused and relaxed enough so that when I get home I can go straight to sleep. I recommend your videos to many people who just don't like to go to the gym or want to get in better shape and just don't know where to start.

Lucy could u plz include excercise that are best for those who are taking steriods for their treatment..its hard to loose weight while on steriods
