Hello Lucy! I completed your 4 week challenge Feel Fabulous Summer workout not last week but the week before ( last week I started the 2 week challenge Feel Fabulous Summer workout. I am on the beginning of week 2 today ). And I got complements from family members saying " Wow! Your arms look great! " And it wasn't until last week on Saturday when I went shopping with my bestie that I found out that I have dropped a dress size! ☺️ I was a size 12 & now I am a size 10! I feel amazing & healthy & energised & so happy within myself. Thank you for your Workouts here on KZbin & your free workout challenges. I have to add that my yoga & qigong practices that I do, I feel more stronger in the poses & I do believe that is the help of your workouts I have been doing. So thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. There is not enough thank yous I can give for your help. As I have commented before & many others before me too, you make exercise fun! I am so grateful. Much love & blessings to you Lucy & everyone else who utilizes Lucy's workouts every week! ✨💮🌸💖🙏💖🌸💮✨💋😸☺️

this is one of my favorite of your workouts, Lucy - although I truly love every single one. I like the length of this one and that it includes the warm up, work out, then cool down. Thank you!

Just wanted to thank you Lucy for helping me to work out through my illness. I have fibromyalgia, a degenerative spine disorder and other issues. I've been dealing with terrible nerve pain and dizziness but doing your workouts along with some others like pilates, has helped me so much. Bless you.

Starting with your 20 minute workout. Let's hope I complete this time. Day 1= The workout was good, the exercises were easy and doable and it made me a little bit sweaty well. Day 2 and Day 3 i was travelling so i skipped two days. Day 4- i did it and it was good although I had cramps. Day 5- it was awful; had a hard time doing the exercise but the sweat was worth it. Day 6- it got better, didn't felt like I was struggling

I cracked my fibula on my left leg. i have continued to modify your workouts from a chair and they work quite well. I am staying active despite my injury and being in a "boot" - thank you. My mental health is staying well too.

havent done a 20 min workout of yours indoors except for your audio workouts 15 min one and 20 min jog and brisk walk. Absolutely loved this one

I am unwell and couldn't workout for last 3 days. So today decided to give this new workout a try and Lucy let me tell you i am feeling so good and charged up. Yes exercise is the best medicine and i am sweating too. Thanks for this 20 min fun workout which feels effective but fly by easily.

Really liked this one Lucy, but please hold stretches for 9 seconds at least, it's just not easy to keep hitting pause!! When I qualified I was taught 9 seconds - then I will give it 100%; thank you sooooo much! Love you loads xxxxx

This is so refreshing!!! No repeats [ik we need them sometimes] which is giving me LIFE! I do a lot of your workouts but i wanted to say - THANK YOU for making all of them fun, engaging, achievable & inspiring. Also workouts you can do in small spaces without a mat, weights etc. LoveIt- YASSS LWR you total legend.

Well, this may be my new default workout, it ticks all the boxes. Good cardio, works all my muscles and joints, and I need to concentrate so good for motor skills. And of course I agree with all about how great it is to have the warm up and cool down included. Maybe I’ll do this every second day, and then pick one long or two short ones from my favorites list for the other day. Lucy, you continue to impress me, how DO you keep these workouts so FRESH?

Princess Sultana made me smile. I've just done the 7 day one for a week & find some of these hard - is the one in between this difficulty you would recommend? I will do the 7 day tummy again to build up my fitness...

Lucy this was a good one! I so appreciate that you do this for free… so really there is no excuses… I have had both knees replaced so the knee bends are hard but I still do the best I can. Also I love your low key instructions and encouragements as you teach… thanks so much, Norma

I’m glad I came across this. I liked how you made your video with bubble captions, pointing to certain body parts w/ red arrows, and previews of next moves. Your exercise looks easy but it’s a good cardio workout. Look forward to exercising w/ you more!

Love these workouts. Look forward to all the new ones. There are a handful that are my go to's on days I don't have time for a full workout and have leaned into them even more lately, now that I work an overnight shift the help to keep me active and keep my weight under control since the temptation to eat a whole lotta crap is higher than before. Plus it helps me keep my mind focused and relaxed enough so that when I get home I can go straight to sleep. I recommend your videos to many people who just don't like to go to the gym or want to get in better shape and just don't know where to start.
