Thank you for this new workout! I esp liked you telling us when move # we were on. The low intensity moves surprisingly raised my heartrate. I completed this in 3 mini sessions. Happy 2023!

Wishing you a very happy New Year! This was a great work out, definitely felt challenged but the time flew. But more importantly it lifted my mood as I was feeling overwhelmed with anxiety about the menopause as I'm 47 now. I have some symptoms but not all as yet. Though it's a new year, the same life problems exist so thos really helped to lift my mood and give me some much needed energy to face the day. There's nothing to lose in your workouts it's win win all the way. Thank you so much for all that you do 🙏❤

My daughter and I just did this exercise. SHe is autistic and has a hard time mimicking the excercise. Have you thought of doing some for autistic people where you show the exercise in very slow steps to start and then build up to the normal pace?
