I expect you get a lot of gratitude sent your way, and you deserve it all! I personally can't thank you enough for getting me started and for keeping me going on my journey to take control of the shape I'm in. Spine injury and surgery turned me into a fat little pudding, afraid to go back to the pain id been in. A safe seven minutes 7 days promise of yours did not stop at 7 days it's still going and the variety of what you offer has been invaluable for me to sneak a workout in past my self sabotage. Loved the routine but not the adverts that came on right in the middle of an exercise (around 5.30). Could this be fixed to come at the end of the exercise as you really lose the rhythm? Thank you Lucy for all that you do!

I can't do floor work without feline interference. One wants to join in & the fattest just leans on my head and licks my hair. Upright w/o like this keeps them out of the way.
