Good morning Lucy, I really enjoyed this work out, it got me out of breath and made me think. I really enjoy listening to your knowledge on excercising as I feel I am improving my health and brain too. A complete win win. I am going to try and incorporate a couple of moves for 60 seconds especially on the days I'm wfh, to help alleviate the stress. Great idea!. I always exercise in my pj's 😂😂. Now ready for the day ahead. Thank you so much Lucy for your amazing content of exercising and fitness knowledge. ❤❤❤

Another amazing videos, exercises that you can do a snap one minute workout anytime, genius 👏.. I did snap workout while waiting for kettle also I did give minute snap while I was waiting in queue on the phone 📱 and another two minutes snaps while my laptop was doing update.. Well done 👏 Lucy.. No excuse whatsoever not to exercise x. 💋

Love your videos, Lucy! Standing abs and cardio that I can do even with a chronic pain condition. In some of the exercises, I wish you would tell us whether it’s opposite or same arm and leg moving at the same time… For those of us who are uncoordinated dolts!😂

Hi Lucy ~ I am recovering from coming off an SSRI. This has been the hardest thing I’ve ever done. When I exercise it makes my tummy hurt more. (Like anxiety and nausea.) I am going very slow. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you. 🙏🏼
