Good morning Lucy, I really enjoyed this work out, it got me out of breath and made me think. I really enjoy listening to your knowledge on excercising as I feel I am improving my health and brain too. A complete win win. Hi Lucy ~ I am recovering from coming off an SSRI. This has been the hardest thing I’ve ever done. When I exercise it makes my tummy hurt more. (Like anxiety and nausea.) I am going very slow. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you. 🙏🏼
