Today is my 7th day and i lost 3cm in my waist and 4cm in my hip And i love it!!!!!!!! I will do it every day till 1st of june 2019!!! who is with me? I mix all Lucy’s 7 minutes workouts. Hareem Ayesha i do at least one of it (7minutes - burn belly fat or slim legs or muffin top) a day and then do late evening when kids in bed for 7-10 mins and I’m sweat 😓 like a pig for this short work out time... but not always i have a time or power left for second time to do it. But at least once a day i do it!(one whole video) Xx

@@ifahhh4563 I do once a day...but i do 4 in total of her workouts... 1) arm and waist ...2) 7 minute belly challenge 3) muffin top and finally 4) i do her walking for beginners...in total 30 -32 minutes in the morning...or afternoon if i am feeling lazy... ;/ i started our small not really a diet plan but i cut out pop...dont have sugar in coffee...lots of salads with meals... basically i just started eating better...BUT I DO HAVE 1 cheat day a week...one day where i give myself treats...so it seems to make the week easier because i know I can cheat soon :)))) and only about 7 months...maybe a little more...message me any time...i gained back a little over the holidays..8-10 pounds...but in the last week i have lost 3 more so i am back at it...in total i have gone from 270...to 189 so i am SOOO proud.. I tried her work out...just an accident to find her...and it worked..first i just did 2 of her workouts when i saw the results...i wanted to lose more...she does not make you feel bad about yourself..and knows some people cant do what she does soo she says just walk it out...i am restricted to some of the exercises ... I was abused by my ex for 10 years..Doctor said wheel chair by the time i was 41...well i am 51 now..and on my own 2 feet..and IF I need a wheel chair...i aint going in looking like i did... you can do this...just keep moving..that is the key good luck talk soon :)

Uh not even kidding...I had a 28in waist last Saturday and now i'm at 26in. Went from 137lbs to 132lbs. I did this and her other stomach workout + 20 mins of cardio everyday for a week. It works y'all.

Okay so day 23 and...wow. I am a whole different person. Physically I am slimmer and lighter, my skin is still a little loose from pregnancy (11 weeks postpartum) but I’m much further along than I would have been if not doing these workouts. I started with one 7min a day, after a few days I was able to get up to 14min in a session each day. Each day that passed I was getting stronger. I worked my way to three of Lucy’s videos (21 min total) in a session. The toning in my body is amazing. I am now up to 30mins a session (3 Lucy videos back to back, and an ab workout at the end). WOW. I sweat like crazy and I love it! If my little guy lets me, I do it twice a day (60 minutes total)!!! I have never worked out before this, I did not alter my diet. Even if you’re only doing the 7 minute once a day, you will see results - I did. I just progressively increased the workout as my body grew stronger and needed more of a challenge. If I can do it... so can you! GOODLUCK!

This workout have been amazing. I’m not able to do it everyday since I don’t have much time but the difference I’ve seen in 3 weeks is crazy compared to the hours I spent in the gym before. My pants fit me perfectly before but now their loose. 100% recommended. Update: 27lbs down, started 2 months ago. I weighed 180. Went down to 153💪 I have been eating less. Doing this workout along with the belly fat 7 min 1-2 inch about 4 times a week. THANKYOU LUCY (Love handles GONE!) Update #2 : it is currently November 6. I weighed in and I dropped down to 143lb.( lost 37lb in 3 MONTHS)

I became a Lucy addict!!! I am a single mother of a one year old girl so I dont have time to go to gym regulary. I have been following your exercises for over a month regularly. I have lost 2kgs and several inches around my thighs, hip, waist and arms. I feel lighter, stronger and healthier. I didn't expect much because I'm already in pretty good shape, I just needed help easing back into a routine because I've had some health setbacks over the last year and a half. I lost 3/4 of an inch off my waist and a full inch off my thighs in 7 days! Lucy is a genius and her workouts get real results!

shrishty sharma do the waist one, it’s so great! I used to be 29 inches on my waist and now I’m 26! I didn’t achieve it in a week but I was able to lose an inch every time I did that exercise for a week!

Michelle B yes!!! I eat on schedule only small proportions. Also i drink lots of water. Since i hate water i cut up strawberries, raspberries and limes with ice with water so it could be enjoyable! Also i eat before 7 the latest. If i get cravings after 7, ill eat popcorn or a fiber one and thats it. I do her 7 day arm excercise, this one, and the full body workout every day. Since its summer and i dont wake up very early, i do these at night with my daughter before showering. I know its best to workout in the mornings but hey, its still working. Even my 9 yr old has slimmed down. But she takes alot of breaks.

My cousins and I just started this on Monday. One is down an inch already. She is doing this plus cutting out sugar and working on the harsh internal voice? It works ! Go slow and take your time, we are on day 3 and will update next Monday!!!

@Rudra Patel We did it once a day and I lost .5 and she lost 1 inch we are now doing part 2 and then this one with it every second day! I can feel a diff in cardio and my cousin is not doing only modified moves anymore but some of them without modifications! Give it a try!

I’ve been doing Lucy’s Waist Workout Challenge and for the past three weeks and I lost 2 inches and 6 pounds. That was really helpful but I wanted lose my muffin top as well so this is my new challenge. Day 1: ✔️Today was tricky but that’s to be expected when you start something new. Day 2: I had to skip today because I was having pretty bad period cramps. Might have to skip tomorrow too. Day 3: Skipped Day: 4: ✔️Back at it again. Day 5:✔️ my thighs are pretty sore from yesterday but I managed to do it. Day 6: ✔️ my thighs still hurt but I’m already noticing a difference so I’m motivated to continue. Day 7: ✔️ I’m less tired this time. Day 8: ✔️ It’s getting a lot easier. Day 9: ✔️ Almost done the week! Day 10: ✔️ I’m technically done the week but I think I’m going to do a few more days before switching to another 7 day challenge. Day 11: ✔️ My muffin top is almost completely gone Day 12:✔️ Day 13: ✔️ Day 14: ✔️ Day 15: ✔️

I’ve been doing this workout for 9 days, and I’m going to continue doing this workout and eat healthy food only: Waist: 26 Muffin top area: 37 Day1: ✅ Day2: ✅ Day3: ✅ Day4: ✅ Day5: ✅ Day6: ✅ , I have lost half an inch from my muffin top now it is 36.5 yaay. I have also noticed that my lower belly fat is almost gone, which made me more motivated to continue. Day7: I couldn’t do it because I had an emergency but now everything is fine :) Day8: ✅ Day9: ✅ Day10: ✅ Day11: ✅ Day12: ✅, I haven’t lost any inches, but I see amazing results. I struggled a lot with my lower belly fat but it’s kinda gone now!! :D Day13: I didn’t do it! I stopped doing this workout for a while because I felt that my body got used to it, so I did other workouts to get rid of my back fat and love handles. Now I’m here again and will start doing it again :) wish me luck! 💖 Waist: 25! Muffin top area: 36.5 Day1: ✅ Day2: ✅, I did half of the workout, because my knee started hurting me out of nowhere :( Day3: ✅ Day4: ✅ Day5: ✅, my love handles area is 36 inches now! Amazing right?! 😍😍 Day6: ✅ Day7: I stopped doing the workout because both my legs are hurting me, here are my measurements after I stopped working out. Waist: 25 Love handles area: 35!! 🥺🥺

Hi! Using this to stay accountable. This is my third of Lucy's challenges I'm going to complete in a row (one per week for the last three weeks). The first two challenges I lost 0.5 in./1.27cm in my waist and hips PER week, which is impressive to me especially since last week's challenge I didn't really work out much outside of the challenge. I'll include measurements on days 1 & 7! My goal this week is to add more cardio, etc. Cheers! Day 1: 70 calories burned! This is absolutely the most challenging of all of the challenges I've done so far in my opinion. Looking forward to seeing how it goes this week! Starting measurements: 31.5 in./80.01 cm waist and 39 in./99.06 cm. hips. Other workouts: 30 minute mini band strength training workout so far, might do one other short (>15 minute) toning/cardio video. Day 2: 83 calories burned. Definitely pushed myself more today. I also did this towards the beginning of my workouts as opposed to the end, like yesterday. Yay! Other workouts: Jump rope HIIT and 3 other short cardio videos + stretching. Day 3: 77 calories burned. Other workouts: 35 minutes of strength training, and I'll do one or two other short videos in addition to this one today. Day 4: 69 calories burned. Going to be jumping rope and doing a few other short videos. Day 5: 75 calories burned. Also did ~10 minutes of jump rope and 20 minutes of strength training. Going to do 1-2 other short videos. Day 6: 78 calories burned. Also going to do a few other short videos after this. Last day tomorrow ^_______^ Day 7: 82 calories burned. Final measurements: 31in. waist/38.5 hips -- another half inch lost from both areas. Thank you Lucy!!!! End results: lost .25 inches off my waist AND hips. Now time to choose another challenge!

Day 7 completed!!! Thanks again, Lucy! Here to tell all of you lovely people: this program works! I gained a ‘muffin top’ thru drinking far too much red wine. Within the past few weeks, I decided to stop drinking, focused on detox and incorporated this 7 day muffin top challenge. It really has worked wonders and I plan on keeping consistent with it even beyond the next 7 days because it is so easy to do, really no excuses - we all have 7 minutes! You can do it! ☺️😎😉❤️

I've never liked gyms and I've looked at other online workouts and they all insist on being LONG! I don't have time for an hour a day (I want to get out and go for a nice walk as well) and it just means I give up after a week. Lucy's workouts are short and sweet. Very short and very sweet. I actually enjoy them (I never enjoy workouts normally) and because they're so short I make the time to do them. I feel great afterwards and everything aches less when I get up in the morning. Thank you thank you! I'm 56.

I love doing Lucy’s challenges, they make me feel great afterwards! However, I would suggest that the stretch down be for longer and with more focus on legs and knees. There is quite a bit of impact even if you go for the softer version.

Oh my God I cannot believe that my muffin top is is almost gone at day one my waist was 39 in inches and it's my day 6 and now its 37 this so amazing I swear I did not follow any nutrition or any diet only exercise every morning empty belly I feel so good I thank u Lucy so much very nice but one thing I noticed that my belly was 30 inches at day 1 but at day 6 my belly is at 31 kind of confuse but still thank u

Fingers crossed Day1: workout complete Day2: cant breathe, workout complete Day3: done done done Day4: phew! Finished Day5: done Day6: holy lord gracious, I've finished. Day7: doneeeee!!! I've lost less than an inch on hips and an inch on my thighs. This workout actually made my thighs sore each day and not my core area but all the more great. Lucy I've never worked out more than 3 days and here i am finishing my 2nd week with you. Moving onto your next 7 minute workout video.

Girl...seriously...you are definitely one to keep up with. I have followed you for two weeks on your walk and abs exercise, I have lost 3” around my upper waist, but only 1” on my muffin top. So I looked for what exercises you may have for the muffin top, and I worked this one out with you. Wooowe! I am definitely positive that I will loose inches; no doubt. On day two, I'm a believer! Going to wait 'til 7 days are up before measuring again but I truly believe what you are saying and hoping for the best for me! And also to all you others who are giving this leap of faith a chance! I don't feel as exhausted as day one, even though I'm sore. Just took some ibuprofen to alleviate some of the aches before the workout and it was much easier, probably because I'm getting loosened up - good luck all!

I've been doing this for 5 days now (I skipped day 3 since I had no time to do it) but I can see it working. I visibly have less lower belly fat. Prolly 1 more week of doing this and the muffin top will be completely gone. I've been eating somewhat healthy and doing it along with 20-30 minutes of aerobics/running and it works like a charm

it is tough at first what i couldn't do i walked thru..and 6 inches up top and 7 at waist...just keep moving..sometimes i can't do what she does i just keep moving ...she is amazing love that i found her workouts..i am now up to 4 a day..

This one is hard! Heart rate was definitely up! I have been following your weekly workouts and I have seen a change. I only do videos on my days off and I workout until I'm tired. I want not only to firm up but increase endurance. When I started back a few months ago I was only able to get 6000 steps a day after 2 months 10 thousand is easier. You can do it people!!

Challenge Done! That was quite a hard one for me but it was supper effective. I didn’t measure myself because my aim was to look good in shorts and jeans without the fat hanging out from the sides of my waist and I’m almost there! I had muffin top all my life so I understand that it would take longer to get rid of it than 7 days, but still I look very decent in jeans and shorts now with just a tiny bit of fat left. Thank you Lucy! You are amazing!

Finished my workout today, started at 30 inches around my waist. I'll take the measurements tomorrow and post. Right now, let me get some sleep. My waist is now at 29 inches, very unexpected because didn't notice any changes. But I'm happy I'm in the 20's now.

For the past few months I have been eating a lot outside(emotional eating) and gorging on all the pizzas, burgers and junk foods I can, which has taken a toll on my weight. Hey Lucy! Thanks for these 7 min workouts. I tried doing it a few months back but because I had diastasis recti and didn’t know what exercise I could do without making the matter worse, I stopped! Anyway, started again last Thursday and I already lost 2 inches around my tummy area. I did 2 of the 7 min workout focusing on losing muffin top and waist and I walked a lot. Honestly, i wasn’t really consistent with my diet but it still worked. I’m taking a week break because day 6 and 7 were challenging lol and will do it again.
