(Mold of 10cm diameter x 2)
Milk 30g
Unsalted Butter 40g
3 egg yolks
Cake flour 50g
3 egg whites
Sugar 60g
150°C (302°F) for 35-40 minutes
Raspberry Chantilly cream
Liquid cream (38%) 300g
Sugar 30g
Raspberry puree 60g
Litchi
Mint
Some Chantilly cream
*Eggs are at room temperature

Добрый день! Это такой экзотический фрукт с нежным, тонким вкусом. В десертах он прекрасен. В магазинах для кондитеров продают пюре личи - так будет дешевле. ❤

@@holishongaitova1553 у винограда похожий нежный вкус. В магазинах для кондитеров можно поискать пюре Агробар. Они не дорогие. Около 450-500 руб. за кг в т.ч. пюре личи у них тоже вроде было.

Ah oui dans les blancs d'œufs on ajoute une pincée de sel c'est confirmer sur Google généralement dans une génoise on mets les œufs entier c'est italien ça viens de gêne il ne faut pas être patissier pour connaître les origines de nos gâteaux il y a google pour nous aider 😂😂😂😂😂😂
