Listen more to such videos and feel better. Also there are other ways to support your healing - journalling, walking, fresh air, talking to someone who understands and listens, doing a hobby that you can get lost in, simple things like cooking, gardening, groceries, and always listening to your breath. Above all eating healthy. No packaged foods but lots of natural food like salad, less carbs and less processed foods. And smiling, exercising and still feeling grateful for all your blessings. May you feel relaxed and heal… and most importantly forgive all those who may cause you to feel so. You are stronger than you think and you can do this.

This is the best meditation for me is laying on my back. I was in a car accident and sitting up I couldn't relax meditating and my eyes wouldn't stay.closed and I couldn't keep calm. This meditation right here keep a smile on my face and was focused💯❤️

misuse of the word 'better' broke my mediation like an alarm bell. the correct term would be 'improve' -- meditation scripts can easily be checked with online grammar, spelling, usage programs. it really shocked me. please fix this because otherwise I found the presentation to be very good.
