Could I please ask what feeding ratio do you use before storing your starter in the fridge? And could you please tell me step- by-step what to do with it after storing each week?

I use 1:1:1 ratio to feed my starter then I normally wait for 1-2 hours to make sure that my starter is growing before put it in the fridge. Every week or 2 I will take it out and feed it at 1:1:1 ratio again and discard the rest, for example if I have 30g. in my jar I will take only 10g of stater then feed it with 10g of water and 10g of flour, the rest of the starter in the jar I will throw away. Then at the end I will have 30g left to put back in the fridge.

ทำได้เหมือนกันค่ะ spelt กับ wheat (แป้งสาลี) มีลักษณะที่คล้ายกันมากเลยค่ะ แต่บ้านเรา spelt อาจราคาสูงกว่าแป้งขนมปังที่เป็นแป้งสาลีนะคะ
