டாக்டர் எனக்கு வயது 60. நான் மாற்று திரளான.எனது வலது கால் தான் மூட்டு வலி. முட்டி ஜவ்வு தேய்ந்து உள்ளதாக மருத்துவர் சொன்னார்.நான் எந்த மாதிரி பயிற்சி செய்தால் எதுவாக இருக்கும். தயவு செய்து கூறுங்கள்.

Good morning doctor. I am Revathy. I am 65 yrs. I am having knee problem in both legs. I am scared for surgery. Without surgery how can I control my pain. I am taking acmeiz MR daily one alongwith Macvestin total powder. Unable to walk regularly. Kindly advise please.

Glucosamine and Condradin food supplementary capsules (Cosomin DS capsules, American made )helpful for joint knee crackling sound and pain. But have to take every day and more expensive capsules.. Indian made also available in Amazon in different brands and name and less expensive.

@@anitham6697 fresh leaves, with siru பருப்பு, tomato, small onion, garlic, all liilte, cook in a vessel in double boiling method in a cooker, 2 whistle, aara vitu , vadikatti, solids matum mixie la adikanum, then mix with liquid water remaining. Add pepper jeera powder, little salt. Epo kudikaromo, apo lesa soodu pannalam. Fresh leaves oru kai pidi dhan edukanum, indha alavuku 3-4 glass varum, daily only 1 tumblers kudinga.
