다른 채널에서 불고기 만드는 영상을 보고 응원하게 되었습니다. 양념에 한국배를 쓰시고 외국인들이 꺼려할 깻잎이나 생마늘을 쌈에 넣으시더라구요. 다른 요리사들 영상에서 파인애플즙이나 쌈장, 기름장이 아닌 뭔가 생소한 소스를 쓰는 걸 봐서 망치님 영상을 보고 "찐한국인이다"라고 느꼈어요. 요리사들은 재료비 문제나 현지인 입맛 차이로 인해 현지화하는게 당연하겠지요. 현지인 입맛에 안맞더라도 망치님처럼 현지인 한식을 소개하는 분들이 많았으면 좋겠어요. 우리가 한국식 피자를 맛있게 먹더라도 이탈리아 현지 피자와의 차이는 아는 것처럼요. 쌈을 한입에 먹으라는 조언까지 아주 편안~했습니다.

I am especially happy when you make vegetarian recipes. Dont change what you do. My mom and her sister made that all the time for thanksgiving and Christmas. I love it. She used the bottom of the Napa cabbage, green onion bottom, thin strips of beef Japanese Kampio dried but soaked. We love it with cho jung sauce
