In this video, we give you a brief overview of what macros are and why they're important to your body. If you're someone who counts their calories or looking to implement a healthy diet, then understanding macros will be the key to your success. Being efficient with your macros is a big key to any fitness goals, whether you're looking to lose body fat, gain muscle, etc. We will do further videos breaking down each macro nutrient and how much you should be eating based on your fitness goals.

I am a 51 year old female and I'm embarrassed to say you guys really explained to me what Macros are. I usually hate watching exercise videos but I been doing your full body 45 minute strength training with dumbbells' video, and I am loving it. I suppose to get Lipo 360 next month on July 18, 2022, but if I keep doing the strength training video, I might save $5000. Thanks Juice and Toya for greatly explaining to me what macros are. 😘❤❤

I really appreciate this video, all your videos really. I’ve been skinny fat my whole life and have spent the passed two years trying to gain and maintain muscle and strength, in which I’ve been successful. I recently decided to cut back a bit, still training hard, but still looking flabby. I realized I was eating too much white bread, white rice, and regular flour. I eliminated all of it and felt great for a bit then got to be hungry all the time. Through research I realized that whole grains carbs are ok and now I have my brown rice cakes and other whole grain foods while having upped my protein and fruits and vegetables. You guys have helped me a lot. Currently on week 3 of your 4 week program, it’s been awesome! Thank you 🙏

i am always hungry, especially at night, what can i do to help with making that feeling go away or should i try to get used to that feeling? i am 270 lbs and trying to lose that 70lbs...im struggling with that hunger feeling all day, and i dont know what to do about it...any help would be appreciated....and please...no one be cruel or demeaning... Also, thanks Juice and Toya, i do your HIIT videos daily and have lost 20 lbs because of you guys....im trying to adjust my diet now cuz ive stopped losing....thanks so much for all of your help! you guys really rock!
