30 pounds for regular squats, lateral lunges, split squats and glute bridges. 50 pounds for good mornings and dead lifts. booty band for the fire hydrants and kick backs for the ultimate burn🔥

I just finished doing this workout and with no shame I admit that I had to set both 45 pound dumbbells down and use my own bodyweight for the second set of lunges. Soooo sweaty and so so good!!! I paired this with the 5 min lean legs and 10 min resistance band glute workout and I am DRENCHED!!! I’m also a dancer, but I’ve always had a more muscular/athletic type build. Not necessarily a bad thing at all I’ve just always wanted to be a bit more lean as a dancer and I feel like your workouts have truly helped me achieve that! ❤️❤️

I really really liked this workout and would love to see more !! I sweat more than I thought and your reminders don't feel repetitive because it's easy to forget to engage certain body parts. Even my core is tired. Have a good one!
