Your advice to turn the palms towards the ceiling (tricep curl) was BRILLIANT- finally (!!) I know how to do them properly and felt my tricep 🔥 ❤

Yes!! I do it every time I am working the triceps and I feel the burn more, and see more results! They are a hard muscle to target but one that used every day!! So I agree - big thank you!!! ❤

I've been following your workout videos for almost a month and yes I'm seeing result and now I'm much more flexible than I used to! Thanks a lot for creating such amazing workouts ❤ After years of having unhealthy relationship with food and my body, I begin to love working out and moving my body. Oh God, I felt really good after doing this exercise, though I kinda had to force myself at first 😅 Super glad that I did it 🎉❤

I love you. I’ve been wandering to find an upper body workout which is using dumbbells & intense, and I’ve finally found one! Thank you for your dedication, you helped me so much gaining muscles and getting out of the toxic traditional beauty standards that women should be thin and fragile. I find myself getting more and more powerful every day. Not only this video, your all intense workout videos are encouraging me to workout! Thanks ❤😊🎉

Hi Maddie! I loved this short weights workout. I’ve not much time so 15 mins is perfect and I’m finally using the weights I bought 😀. Please create more of these short workout videos using weights. I would also love some videos for toning up the stomach/belly post pregnancy, it’s my one area that needs desperate work! Much love ❤️

That was perfect!!! A perfect upper body work out which was postes just the day I wanted to do the upper body!!! Thank you Maddie, I will repeat it now on and on each time I want an upper body. And it’s so satisfacting when I can go through without making pauses! 🌹❤️

Hi Maddie your workouts are fabulous. I'm trying to schedule them in at least 5 times a week now. That's my aim. I like the fact they are 15 to 20 mins so no excuses

Oh this one HURT in a good way! Thanks for the great workouts! I’ve already dropped 40lbs (not that weight is an indicator of health) but I really can’t thank you enough for your workouts. I can walk up the stairs without pain now, getting out of bed no longer hurts, and I just feel stronger overall🥹🙏🏼 thank you thank you thank you!!!

I loved doing the moves again with no weight! It was nice to get that full range of motion you might not get when you’re lifting heavier weights.

This is the first workout I enjoyed with weights 🥹 I’ve tried using dumbbells before but I just didn’t enjoy it. Maddie, your explanation was so easy to understand even as a beginner to dumbbell exercises! I have been working out with you for about 4 years now, and I’ve gone from not being able to do a single sit-up to being able to do your dance workouts and feeling like I could do another. And now I think I’ll start doing weights as well. I absolutely love your work Maddie!

Здорово, как раз искал Вашу тренировку, чтобы добавить к завтрашней и вот это видео. Я много делаю Ваших тренировок , иногда по две в день , занимаюсь обычно час и всегда всё очень круто.
