Your advice to turn the palms towards the ceiling (tricep curl) was BRILLIANT- finally (!!) I know how to do them properly and felt my tricep 🔥 ❤

Yes!! I do it every time I am working the triceps and I feel the burn more, and see more results! They are a hard muscle to target but one that used every day!! So I agree - big thank you!!! ❤

I've been following your workout videos for almost a month and yes I'm seeing result and now I'm much more flexible than I used to! This is the first workout I enjoyed with weights 🥹 I’ve tried using dumbbells before but I just didn’t enjoy it. Maddie, your explanation was so easy to understand even as a beginner to dumbbell exercises! I have been working out with you for about 4 years now, and I’ve gone from not being able to do a single sit-up to being able to do your dance workouts and feeling like I could do another. And now I think I’ll start doing weights as well. I absolutely love your work Maddie!
