When i tell you my emotions were so hurt after You said last 2 exercises, I thought those 20 mins flew by then i realized it had only been 10. Still very worth it my sides have not burned this way ever and I’m glad i found this WO

I think this is the first time I’ve ever done a full 20 minute ab workout I usually opt for 10-15 but I’m proud I stuck thjs one through! Thank you Mads🥰

as a teen, honestly, this was amazing! my summer break just started and I thought I'd tone my core a bit :) I LOVE how this isn't just all planks like a lot of other core exercise sets I encountered, and keep up the amazing work ❤❤

I like how you do the reverse crunches, with the thigh turnout and further apart. The usual really close together style just really gets my quads and it's hard to feel the ab work, whereas wider apart I could feel it and focus on that!

Dear Maddie, this was a great workout! I’m glad that you can laugh at yourself too. Sometimes I have to laugh at myself when I’m doing one of your videos for the first time and I have trouble coordinating which appendage to move 😂. Great music on this one!

I just finished this workout and loved it! It wasn’t too intense where I couldn’t do the moves, but I still felt the burn! I also overall just loved the workout in general, and I usually don’t like ab workout :)

Love this. It challenged me a bit, but when I was doing the oblique crunches on my right side my hip was hurting like the bone was sticking out on the hard floor but I had a padded yoga mat under me.

I was so happy when she said last two exercises and then I checked and she was talking about the last of the first round. I think I'm gonna do the second one tomorrow, i'm trying to exercise everyday but i'm not really a fit person. I don't want any miracle this just help me with my mental health and when i'm not feeling ot I just do a little bit and be proud of myself because is always better than nothing

That last instruction, about not using the arm on the side crunches was super helpful. Actually made me realize I wasn't lifting from my torso (I have pretty flexible hips, so I can meet elbow to knee...almost entirely by just raising my knee)

I had to stop and google why my neck was hurting so bad during a lot of these. Was unhappy to find that one of the answers was "you aren't engaging your core" - I'm trying so hard!- hopefully as my core gets stronger, I can do these without accidentally putting strain on my neck

This workout was so refreshing and made me so happy! The excursuses are intense but not impossible which is just perfect! My goal is to have visible abs like Ms. MadFit herself but I have been working out for a year and they are barely showing. Do you have any tips for visible abs? Loved this workout! Best core routine yet!.. I really liked that you incorporated more oblique exercises into this one.. the 45 seconds on/15 seconds off is perfect and 20 minutes is exactly what I'm looking for to target core after weight lifting. 10/10

i was felling unmotivated but you posted and since today is my ab day now i have to workout:P by the way i cant wait till the 25 days 11hours and 55 minutes are up !!! yikes 5 minutes into the workout and I know I am going to be SOOO sore tomorrow
