Hi Lauren! What dumbells did you use? I have always been very weak and unconfident and really struggle very much. My mom told that this lesson will help me build very thick strong arms, great self worth and confidence! I am a man and did this lesson with my mom. It was really hard for me. I used half pound dumbbells throughout and stopped midway as my arms just gave up :( Is it very weak? My mom did the full lesson with 15 lbs dumbbells.

My husband and I love Madfit! Our workout playlist is all Maddie in this order - 5 min warm up, 10 min cardio, this one, 10 min killer core, 10 min leg/thigh, 20 min booty, and 5 min cool down. 3x a week, we’ve been noticing big results after just a month!

@@rupinjeremiah9589 I started with full water bottles! I'd recommend you do that too if you're having a hard time with weights. Eventually I moved up to 5lb dumbbells and now I'm using 10lb 😄 it takes time but if you're consistent, you'll get stronger!

@@KelliMarissa Thanks for the encouragement and guidance, Kelli!! It really means a lot to me coming from such a strong person! I am very thin and weak :-( I can do 6-7 bicep curls with half pound dumbbells and then my arms just give up. Can I try this lesson again without any weights at all? I am sorry to ask you a lot. As a man I want to build self worth and be independent. I tried my mom's dumbbells but I could not even move it from the ground. :-(

I can barely feel my arms but this workout was great and I'm so proud I did it!! We can do this! Thank you for this Maddie, hope everyone has a great day!! Update: I did this for the second time and it really hurts much less than the last time!! It got a little easier and the time went by so fast, thanks for this Maddie!!:) I enjoyed this

I loved this! I used 8 lb weights on the first round and 5 lbs for some of the exercises on the second. I worked hard and will definitely feel it tomorrow - but I finished (even the surprise plank)! This was the perfect workout for my level. Thanks, Maddie!

Thank you, Maddie, for this wonderful workout. I especially like that it involves fewer exercises done for somewhat longer amounts of time. Please post more videos like this one, for upper/lower/abs/and total body. I don't know what I would do without your help staying on track with exercise.

I love this lady. I never did arms or strength & I just started two weeks ago SHES THE MOST amazing trainer. I can do almost all what she does and try my best to copy her and take my time… thanks so much for these videos

I LOVE these type of workout!! Love to feel my arms shaking and giving it my all, there's nothing like holding the dumbbells till you can't. I also love that you added the plank instead of the last rest. Have a great day😄💛

I looove this one it’s my favorite workout. With depression I really struggle to get out of bed most days, but this is the one workout I can make myself do even on the days where I’m having an extra hard time

I love these shoet workouts. As a busy working mom of three small children I feel much more inclined to get up and workout if it is a shorter, doable workout without giving up too much sleep!!
