I did this routine for 3 weeks and I see results. besides the fact that it calms me down, it straightened my posture , at least now when I sit up straight and I don't feel discomfort anymore. Thank you so much!😌

I love this video! I have been doing these stretches now for a few weeks now and my back feels better and not so stiff. I like that there is no talking, only calming music and beeps to let you know when to move onto the next stretch. Thank you!

Hi V.T. es ist gerade so herrlich, diesen Kommentar zu lesen. Ich selbst habe mich gefragt, welche der Übungen ich lieber sein lassen sollte, da ich gerade schwanger bin (7. Monat), vielleicht habt ihr ja Erfahrungen. Alle Übungen in Bauchlage fallen natürlich eh weg 😃

Bei uns in der Praxis auch, ich habe jetzt fast alle infiziert (-:, Dir tut der Rücken weh ..Ich kenn da jemanden auf KZbin der dir helfen kann hihi ...Alle bei uns sind begeistert. not even kidding, i did this for the first time yesterday and it was already easier to keep good posture today. i'm not usually great at keeping up routines but i'm hoping to do this daily to help my poor posture and the back and neck pain that has come from it

Ich hatte mein Leben lang eine schlechte Haltung. Seitdem ich dieses Stretching jeden Abend mache, hat sich meine Haltung innerhalb weniger Tage deutlich verbessert! Ich bin echt begeistert :))

THIS IS NOT A POSTURE STRETCH....... this routine has done more than that, it help me SO MUCHHHH 😩mentally and i dont even do yoga. It has been one of my most small consistent habit I've done for the past couple weeks and the more i do it i learn to appreciate every stretch on my body. Thank you 😊 💓 for this video.

I just love the ending when is deep relaxation. It help’s me to really fell calm. This yoga dosen’t make me stress’t like some other do. Do not stop what You are doing! 😊

I’ve recently been having jaw issues (tmjd) due to poor posture but I’ve been doing these exercises twice a day for the past two days and I can already feel a difference in my posture and muscles overall which has reduced my pain and discomfort significantly! Thanks for a great workout, your videos are always amazing! Anyone else who suffers from posture related tmj, definitely give this a try! :)

This with the timer and music is fantastic, it's easier to focus than when the coach explains while showing the positions, so I become a follower ❤️❤️🤗

I kinda had severe back pain rather back tension, my back always felt so stiffy since I used to do very minimal movement in last few month. Did this stretching today now I can finally lay on my back with any pain and tension . It felt so good!! Thank you Maddy!

Doing these exercises for 10 days and telling the difference: 1- ✅ 2- ✅ 3- ✅ 4- ✅ 5- ✅ 6- ✅ 7- ✅ 8- ✅ 9- ✅ 10- ✅ Honestly, I noticed a huge difference in my posture , and my back pain has been reduced. I wanna keep track of my progress, so I'm gonna do it here! Before I start, I wanna mention that along with this workout I will be doing a couple others that focus on improving my other body features (belly, arms, legs, abs, calves, and even face). I am 14 years old and feel incredibly insecure all the time. I have an understanding that it is because of my weight and how I perceive my self image. So... I have created a plan for myself called the Be Better Program (if you wanna know more about it, stay tuned). I created it for myself and it's tailored for me to... well, be better. Anyways, I will be updating this daily and giving my comments about how it went at the end. DAY 1 - (July 30, 2024) ✅ As expected, there was no immediate results but GOD DAMN, I feel good. The stretches were easy to do and were in a smooth rhythm. I feel so good and genuinely proud for starting on my mission. DAY 2 - ❌ Sadly, I had zero motivation. I didn't eat healthy either or do any workouts. I feel like a total bum, but I can't let myself go into this stupid cycle, I need to try tomorrow. DAY 3 - ✅ Oh yeah! I felt that shit in my heart. DAY 4 DAY 5 DAY 6 Its been 2 days but i did it! I also did another one so i could catch up a bit. DAY 7 DAY 8 DAY 9 DAY 10 DAY 11 DAY 12 DAY 13 DAY 14 Notes:

I hope you were able to sustain and create a healthy routine for yourself ❤ it can be so hard, and tiresome and life gets in the way 😢 I have found her music only videos an amazing way to just start the process. I never really thought yoga worked, mostly thought it was just for stress but I finished two videos of yoga and followed them through. My body feels so much better, doing two videos got my aches to go away and I don’t feel like I have to crack my neck every five minutes

I liked this before even trying it. lol Wow, I've worked as a dental hygienist for 15 years and needed this video years ago. The neck and upper back tightness and pain is torture in this industry.

certainly, often feeling bad is a downward spiral, where first you feel bad, then you're like "ugh ill just stay in bed bc I feel bad", then you feel even worse because you stayed in bed instead of doing things, and so on and so on. yoga is just one little thing that can reverse that and start the upward spiral :). lots of little changes add up to better mental health
