THIS IS NOT A POSTURE STRETCH....... this routine has done more than that, it help me SO MUCHHHH 😩mentally and i dont even do yoga. It has been one of my most small consistent habit I've done for the past couple weeks and the more i do it i learn to appreciate every stretch on my body. Thank you 😊 💓 for this video.

not even kidding, i did this for the first time yesterday and it was already easier to keep good posture today. i'm not usually great at keeping up routines but i'm hoping to do this daily to help my poor posture and the back and neck pain that has come from it

I did this routine for 3 weeks and I see results. besides the fact that it calms me down, it straightened my posture , at least now when I sit up straight and I don't feel discomfort anymore. Thank you so much!😌

Thank you so much Mady for your videos. You are a Godsend. I am 70 years of age and had become very sedentary for some time. I became very stiff in my neck, shoulders and low back, to the point that it even caused tension and pain in my scalp. It would take me several hours after rising in the morning to be able to get around to start my day. Like a miracle, I gained mobility and increased energy from the first time I performed one of your routines and every day these gains are increasing. You are so graceful while performing these routines that it's like a lovely ballet and you are truly an inspiration. I cannot thank you enough and I encourage all my loved ones to try your routines. You have the ability to create positive changes in peoples lives that stay with them for a lifetime. I hope you know this and I hope you never stop. I hope the very best for you in whatever you do. Your videos will be a part of my daily morning routine for the rest of my life and I thank you so much. Al Vita Zein! (Go with health!)

Hi V.T. es ist gerade so herrlich, diesen Kommentar zu lesen. Ich selbst habe mich gefragt, welche der Übungen ich lieber sein lassen sollte, da ich gerade schwanger bin (7. Monat), vielleicht habt ihr ja Erfahrungen. Alle Übungen in Bauchlage fallen natürlich eh weg 😃

Bei uns in der Praxis auch, ich habe jetzt fast alle infiziert (-:, Dir tut der Rücken weh ..Ich kenn da jemanden auf KZbin der dir helfen kann hihi ...Alle bei uns sind begeistert. I love this video! I have been doing these stretches now for a few weeks now and my back feels better and not so stiff. I like that there is no talking, only calming music and beeps to let you know when to move onto the next stretch. Thank you!

i have intense upper back and shoulder pain as a result of improper chest binding, and this specific routine has been a game changer. i finish this video and i have tears in my eyes from the pain relief 😭 thanks for making so many wonderful, easy to follow along videos ❤

I can't not get enough of your stretching videos, Mady. I tried 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes full body, neck & shoulder, leg and now this one. All of them work so well, I do at least one of them everyday as a form of self care and meditation. By the way, can I ask for an arm stretching video? I've been doing cardio lately and my arms are sored, so i really wish for some stretching that specified on that area. From Vietnam with love

Always slap/ hit your muscles with the hand after workout, helps with sore ness. Beat arms/ what you trained with your bare hand

@@lenakunzxI feel like this could be accompanied by yelling something about Sparta or “Viva la revolution!!! Down with the bourgeoisie!!!” To great effect. Though yours may be more scientific. I am now going to go down a rabbit hole on if the slappy thing is scientifically back or if it’s a myth. Will report back.

i’m 19, i have been a stomach sleeper and my posture was so bad while gaming or studying at my desk. all my life i thought i stopped growing after 16. ive been thinking im 5 ft tall but after doing this twice a day + sleeping on my back and fixing other back habits turns out i’m measured at 5’2!? imma know its still not a lot but this is a great victory for me.

@ yeah i hated it at first, try no pillow but roll up a hoodie for neck support, you really just have to remind urself why ur doing it before u choose comfort but eventually it does get comfortable. now it hurts my back to sleep on my stomach 😭

I'm on one months of this exercises combined with some others for neck hump. It didn't just improved my posture, but my self confidence also. The most important, I feel healthier mentally, just because I stick to this routine, it made it easier to believe in myself again!! Thank you

Hallo, ich bin eine Schülerin aus Vietnam. Deine Videos sind therapeutisch und ganz nützlich für mich! Ich bin habe in 2 Wochen einen Eingangstest (Ich werde in Gymnasium gehen, yeh!), auf den vorbereitete ich einem ganzen Jahr. Jetzt muss ich täglich sehr spät am Tisch bleiben zu lernen, deshalb habe ich Rück und Hals- schmerzen. Zum Glück fand ich vor einem halben Jahr dich! Du schaffst dienliche Videos, die ich sehr brauche. Jetzt fühle ich mich wohl, ohne gesundheitliches Problem zu befürchten. Deine Videos kommen mit guten Qualität, und Musik macht mir immer Spaß. Nicht so verwandt aber ich lerne gern Deutsch (die Deutsche sind so freundlich und intelligent). Es ist trotzdem so schwer hehe. (bemühe ich mich!!!)

Leaving an honest review bc that's what everyone needs, i did this stretch as i have horrible posture at a young age. I feel quite better, ngl i couldn't so the stretches as deep as her but i managed. Im going to try to stay as consistent as possible with this, i know i wont but i will try my best.

Trying this for a week in hopes for improving my posture Day 1:✅ Day 2 : ✅ Day 3:✅ Day 4:✅ Day 5:✅ Day 6:✅ Day 7:✅ Results: My back felt better. I used to feel a little pain on my shoulders but now it rarely happens. This workout relaxes me when im stressed. I'll continue doing this workout because its very simple. My posture also started to look better and I noticed that I was breathing easily. Thank you for this vid.

I take really long 9hr flights, about twice a month. I usually do seated yoga about an hour before the plane lands. I have been using this video for my seated yoga (doing variations of some of the movements) and believe it or not they can all be done while sitting in airplane seat! Thank you so much for this!

Es tut so gut, danke. Ich trainiere zurzeit sehr regelmäßig mit Deinem Kanal, ich konnte bis jetzt 2 von 3 Schmerzpunkten in meinem Rücken lösen und komme endlich in der ganzen Vorbeuge mit den Fingern auf den Boden ; ) es wird. Sehr lieben Dank für Deine Hilfe und Deinen tollen Kanal. DeinStamm

All these stretches are so great and relaxing! Literally all my back pain is gone and my back has never felt better! I'll keep doing this and hopefully I'll see results for a good posture!

I just love the ending when is deep relaxation. It help’s me to really fell calm. This yoga dosen’t make me stress’t like some other do. Do not stop what You are doing! 😊

This with the timer and music is fantastic, it's easier to focus than when the coach explains while showing the positions, so I become a follower ❤️❤️🤗

I’ve recently been having jaw issues (tmjd) due to poor posture but I’ve been doing these exercises twice a day for the past two days and I can already feel a difference in my posture and muscles overall which has reduced my pain and discomfort significantly! Thanks for a great workout, your videos are always amazing! Anyone else who suffers from posture related tmj, definitely give this a try! :)

I tried this for the 1st time a couple weeks ago & I told myself to do it everyday because my back pain is getting unbearable! 😢 I work at a desk, & I work from home 3 days a week, those days I literally have to take breaks & lay in bed because of my back. I have no choice but to be consistent. I did this 3xs so far right before bed, I felt AMAZING each time. After the 3rd time I just my little ball & I rolled out the knots in my back, neck & chest & OMG I never felt so good in my LIFE!! I love that there’s no talking & it’s short but sweet. So thank u for this! I vow to stay consistent & I’ll be back with an update! ❤️

I've added this to my morning and post-work routine-in the morning to get my back in a good place before I sit down at the desk, and after work to rejuvenate me after a long day sitting and typing. It's a miracle worker! Amazing stuff, Mady! You're saving my posture ❤

Ich mache das und auch das Daily Stretch hintereinander öfters mal und es hilft soooo sehr! Ich merke am nächsten Tag sofort, wenn ich es gemacht habe, weil man fühlt sich ganz anders. Heute dachte ich, vielleicht kommt ein Migräneanfall, aber ich ziehe es trotzdem durch. Schon geht es mir besser...

Liebe Mady❤ Du machst mich fertig. Ich bin seit 25 Jahren Handwerker und so langsam spüre ich es auch. Meine ganze Haltung, Körperspannung und auch überhaupt Körpergefühl ist nicht mehr so vorhanden. Ich versuche viele deiner Übungen nachzumachen und scheitere häufig. Zur Zeit bekomme ich Unterstützung von einer liebevollen Physiotherapeutin. Sie ist ebenfalls ein Fan von Dir. Ich arbeite nun mehr an mir und für mich um einfach wieder ein besseres Gefühl zu erlangen. Fühl dich gedrückt von mir und allen anderen die deine wunderbaren Videos sehen und hoffentlich nachmachen. Du bist meine Heldin! (Meine Physiotherapeutin Jul.. natürlich auch weil sie so geduldig ist mit mir!❤)

I kinda had severe back pain rather back tension, my back always felt so stiffy since I used to do very minimal movement in last few month. Did this stretching today now I can finally lay on my back with any pain and tension . It felt so good!! Thank you Maddy!

Danke Mady! Viele dieser Übungen nutze ich schon seit längerer Zeit gegen meine hartnäckigen Rückenverspannungen, aber diese spezielle Konstellation der Übungen hat viel besser geholfen, als die meisten anderen Kombinationen, die ich probiert habe.. und ich habe einiges durch! Speziell die shoulder stretches werde ich auf jeden Fall in meine Routine einbauen, die schlagen andere Übungen zur Thoraxrotation wirklich um Längen!
