As a deaf person, these are the best videos as you give a 5 seconds demonstration before each move, there is no talking, and you use a visual timer on the screen which enables me to relax without worrying when and what the next move is going to be. Professionally as an Occupational Therapist, I recommend these videos to autistic children as for different reasons, they like to know each move in advance, no talking, and visual timer that tells them how long each move is going to last. Please make more of these videos 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

This is the BEST stretching video i did in a while and I stretch everyday so that’s saying a lot!! I really like the way you do not speak in your videos and get straight into the exercises. The way you have set up your instruction is most effective: you model the exercise very clearly, give a count down to let the viewer know to begin, and then you do the exercise. I love that. Sometimes, I become frustrated in exercise videos where there is a lot of talking. Thank you

Liebe Mady, vielen Dank für deine schönen Impulse. Da ich in ein bestimmtes Alter gekommen bin, sehe ich mich leider mittlerweile mit zwei Themen konfrontiert, die ich nicht so wirklich trotz Physio und Deinen Yogaroutinen zu meiner Zufriedenheit hin bekomme. Ich habe in beiden Schultern seit gut 1 Jahr, der Eine sagt Frozenshoulder der Andere Impingement Syndrom. Das macht mir echt im Alltag zu schaffen. Siehst Du da eine Möglichkeit, mit einem speziellen Video, auf die Thematik einzugehen? Ich wäre Dir sehr dankbar. Herzliche Grüße Thorsten

This video makes me realize how my body change so much after not having exercise for years 😂😂 there are some poses that was easy for me before but now, not even close 😅

Thank u Maddy for these videos. I like the way you show the movements and then the timer is automatically set for me to practice the poses to music without a voice over. The quiet music helps me concentrate on my body and keeps my mind still. Keep up the great work. Much love from Texas. ~Gina
