As long as I love Ronaldinho's skills I have to agree with you. The most effective way to keep the ball is to keep it close to the body. I have noticed a while ago that messi had very little flashy moves to beat defenders. He just simply use that close to the body ball handling technique and that makes him deadly on the field of play.

7mlc. Well sometimes I find myself saying I'll do it later. It could be due to being tired but I'm really unsure. Also linking to that point, consistency and not get frustrated when trying to complete a task such as juggling can affect my training. So can you give any advice on those things stated above.

Hi, I’ve got a question. Lets say you’re travelling at top speed with the nudge, how would you slow while maintaining control? For example not putting your foot on top of the ball as you’re off balance. Thank you

Good question mate! It’s about learning how to control your touch on the ball. When running faster, the contact on the ball is firmer and softer when dribbling slower. With practice to hell naturally learn how to adjust your touch on the bank according to the speed you’re moving.

7mlc hey Michael amazing videos I have already completed the fourth day of close control challenge and really looking forward to complete and repeat the process again and again thank you so much. My question to you is once I want to make it more challenging should I maintain the same cone distance as you mentioned or reduce it and make it more tighter bcos I am already a mature player but further want to increase my magnetic close control so will it help or I will decrease the cone distance if yes by how much bcos there are certain measurements of this drills would really like your opinion on this.

The advice I could say is be aware and know where the space ur team and opponents are. Scanning is key. Analyse the team and see what rhe strengths of ur opponets are. Fast, clinical or strong you will know to deal with them. If there strong then make them foul u by putting ur body infront of them when tackling. If clincal foul if u have too. If there fast then give ur self a head start. Bonus if they get frustrated easily give them abit of contact
