You don’t feel like you’ve failed because you didn’t set a schedule.
If you were supposed to workout on Monday, it was a failure.
Without a schedule, the days pass.
You don’t change because you never felt the negative emotions associated with failure.
Prove your goals matter to you. Create a schedule.
