Thanks a lot. I use this pattern for my first wallet diy. Though my stitches look ugly, I am satisfied with my first attempt. The wallet design is great. The main pocket can hold 7 cards.

I just finished the internet, and this is THE best wallet pattern out there. The secret is the folded side, it allows for a much thinner wallet. (The kind with stitches on both sides are super wide) Thank you for my new favorite wallet! Good karma to you.

That's gum tragacanth. It comes from a plant and is gel-like. You can apply it to the rough side of leather to make a slick surface or to the edge of leather before burnishing.
