you could make this up really nice, like a DIY auger extruder w/ heating element that just sends continuous sugar into the core. You can still use the angle grinder, but laser maybe an acrylic box or something to catch the cotton? then put that contraption and a guy to run it onto the trailer of a bicycle. roll around maker fair handing out the candy. boom.

Just incase you all didn't understand the last shot and what happened, when he turned it on the weight of the blade loosened the lock bolt on the grinder but had spun the blade fast enough that it stayed in place on the guide if it had of say made contact with the lock ring it most likely would have come off and went flying, lol been there.
