So true! I remember I think it was Mark, Jeff, and lances first or second session on moonshiners and they did a show at the end of the session with all the other moonshines, at a old cabin I think and the guy from discovery channel was going over fans favorite segments of the show and he told mark he was the person who actually brought camouflage back in style Lol…. There was some truth to that actually since that’s all mark ever wheres, but it did seem like everybody did start wearing more camouflage after that Lol…

Going out on his own was the best idea Mark had when he was working with the father and son he was more losing money than anyting plus having to split profits three ways instead of just two

I agree! That was when Lance wanted to make that absinthe against his dads and Marks advice, but after spending all that time and money then Both Jeff and Lance couldn’t even give the absinthe away it was so bad… I’m pretty sure that had alot to do with Mark going on his own completely…. But unfortunately Lance died two or three years after that… I know that had to about kill Jeff when he died… Rip Lance…

Natives used bear lard. Hogs were brought from Europe. Wild game don't have a lot of fat. Before hibernation bears stock up.

Man - that seriously looks amazing. Best brook trout i've ever seen. We usually cook em on the bbq. The batter he made looks incredible.
