Making MOI-MOI with an Air-Fryer | DIY Foil Paper Pouch for moi-moi |

My goal is to get you guys to open up your Air-fryer and GET CREATIVE!!!!.
Quick and simple Delicious Air-Fryer Moi-Moi.
This recipe can be used to make moi moi with any other method of cooking
I also show you how to make DIY foil paper POUCH for moi-moi (cheaper and safer).
Ingredients
2 Cups washed and peeled beans
2 Large Red Bell peppers
1 Scotch Bonnet
1 Medium onion
1-2 Hard boiled eggs (optional)
1/4 cup of Crayfish
Salt to taste
Seasoning powder or broth cubes to taste
Tools
Oven safe ramekins or Heavy-duty Foil-paper
Steam rack
80ml of water (goes into air-fryer) *check water level to ensure you have water in the drain container throughout the cooking process.

Hello. Is using the steam rack a compulsory step?

Hello…It depends on the type of air fryer you have. But I find that it cooks evenly and better when you have a steam rack. Some air fryers have a rack design already incorporated into it. Let me know how it goes 🙂
