Instead of letting life happen to us, I truly believe that we all have the power to start writing our own stories the way we see fit. So I hope you take advantage of what’s been handed to you to create a beautiful story that is uniquely yours.

I love this for you. Establishing boundaries will often lead to others disagreeing with us. But that’s okay! I am learning to respect the desires of my own heart, even if that leads to my family not supporting my decisions. It’s my life. It’s not meant for me to live it for them.

Having been raised in a home with fear and uncertainty I knew from a young age that if I pleased others I wouldn’t be left or hurt. I took that belief into my adulthood and I realized very quickly that good people would take from me but also give back where others would take and take until they drained me. My business is caring for others and so this can be difficult to escape. However as I aged into my 40s and 50s I started to LOVE me more and only surround myself with people that cared about me or maybe took but knew how to give, people that deserved me and my love and kindness and empathy. What a gift it has been. I do what brings me and my husband and adult children joy or just ME and I fill my soul and it is a huge change. I have empowered myself and it is a beautiful thing. I love the book Clarity & Connection and I highly recommend it to anyone here. Blessings to everyone here. Thank you for another beautiful video. 🍑🙌🏻🧡Lisa Be you! Thank you for sharing this!! I have just come to the conclusion that the job I do doesn’t not define me as a person. I’ve been living me life to work a job that makes me so unhappy just because to others it looks like I’m doing something ‘good’ or ‘better’. My job does not define me as a person wow - so I am going to look for something that is going to make ME happier. 💗

I couldn't sleep past night, I got out of bed today at 6 am, and been in the bathroom feeling anxious and frustrated with my job and my life wondering where the hell am I going towards at. I don't feel like my life is going anywhere that is meaningful to me, I'm making more money now than I ever thought I would, but apart from the stability this money gives me I can't think of anything else that truly makes me happy about my job. I have good days yeah, specially the days I achieve goals and get my boss's approval which feels great, but it's like you said an extrinsic drive, and it wears out pretty quickly. I'm turning 32 this year and I don't feel like I am living my life the way I'm meant to. But at the same time I'm so scared of taking a risk...it's a never ending circle. I hope, truly hope, that one day, sooner than later, I'll be able to live my life in a way that brings me peace and fulfillment. I really do. Thank you for this video, you have no idea how much it calmed me today

Hi Sophie, Great advice! A long time ago 30+ years - I always wondered why I looked up to certain people or why certain people seemed happier and/or more comfortable in there own skin. It's because they were true to themselves, and did not feel they needeed to be like somebody else to impress or be liked. It took me a while, today I am very comfortable with whom and what I am. I'm not bothered by what other people think ( I cannot control that) I am who I am - If you like me ( I think most people who know me do) great. If you don't for some reason - I am sorry but I cannot control that unless I did some harm. And the first rule of NIno is - "Do no harm" It's all good, Life is good, when you don't feel like you need to prove yourself to the world. I love your take on the world Take Care Nino

Now that I recently turned 60 (Sagittarius ♐), nothing's really changed, making meanjng and purpose in my life, living life based on my values, just continues, obviously it's never-ending. I'm my late 30's/ early 40's it was all about my spiritual development and countless self help books and spiritual work. So it's a kind of life phase, we end up continuing to evolve. And all of life really, we are the same person, we have been always evolving. Sometime we need to just really focus on it though, for sure. The also say, the more I know the less I know, so that also speaks to the idea of continuing to be a student of life. I think I have less anxiety when I let go of needing to figure out what I'm "supposed" to be doing. I just keep asking what makes me happy, what makes life worth it in the end, when I look back did I have an amazing adventure. Its great to have your insights and inspiration!

Exactly! Enough is Enough. I have thought others lessons for their own hurtful doings and interference in my life which was beyond my control to STOP them. I don’t owe them anything and have now chosen to love 💗 myself, be happy 😃 and is living for myself. We only get one shot at life to live our best selves. Every day we wake up is a gift. Nothing is promised, as we can see before our own eyes that it can be taken away at any moment, at any time, day, month, year and at any age from the day we were born.

Recognition motivates me. Recognition of my mind, personality, positive virtues. The opportunity to show off something and get praise for it, the expected words "you're well done." To be noticed motivates me and somehow stand out among others (No, I don't want to be special. Rather be noticed) Maybe it's because of self-doubt, or maybe because of the inability to notice one's own successes. I don't know.

I loved the simple life and still do . I was living so simple and enjoying it to the fullest . Wake up each day , read , look out the window at the beautiful view , sit on the porch with my cup of coffee in the sun. Play with my daughter , talk to my wife and set goals with her . I couldn't or wouldn't want nothing more . Then in September of 2020 I was affected by a Flouroquinolone Antibiotic that devastated my health . I am still dealing with the side effects til this day . Although I still love the simple things it's very hard now to fully enjoy them . Each day I'm trying to bounce back . Awesome video thank you 😊
