Personally I would have held back at least one of my zombies to block sculler. Either he doesn't attack with it, or he does and I trade my token getting back Dread Return. Phantasmagoria in graveyard, pitching my entire hand and then win. But well, that all hinges on whether the affinity player would attack into my token.

Nothing I did was illegal. When you Dredge you choose the order the cards enter the graveyard.
