I was lying in bed watching a couple of your videos when I realised I could be actually FOLLOWING along with this video instead of leaving it until tomorrow morning! Now I'm breathing hard and my hips, glutes and thighs are feeling re-activated! I've never seen that 2nd posture where you hold your foot with your hand turned round that way before, either. Liked and subscribed!

I tried a Man Flow hip flexibility video and it put my unfit, out of shape body into shock, literally :/ Took out my knees and hips for weeks!? And yet, none of the postures were particularly challenging. Very strange. This was several months ago and I'm afraid to do it again. I survived, though!

Also I know it’s man flow yoga but maybe slide in a hottie with the yoga pants every so often. (Sorry for the tasteless comment) but I had to express that. Happy holidays man. I will definitely be joining u 2020. I have to look through your prior videos but if you haven’t done so already. Maybe a video on yoga essential clothing or equipment for starters.

I really wonder why your channel does not have a few 100k Followers. This is awesome Content! I like your explanations but it could also be awesome if you can do some more calm videos with less talking. To make it easier to focus on the own body instead of listening to instructions. You know what i mean? Again: Thanks a lot for you videos!

But... if I wasn't talking and giving you explanations, then how would you receive the explanations?

Great short work out. I’ll use it in the current self isolation. One question, in the second pose, shouldn’t the knees be close together ie the bent thigh straight up and down?

Very cool. Funny how you put this out the same day I was thinking of how well I can balance, and the importance of it. Is Gary a bicyclist? He has the body of a biker, which shows by this Quads,

Wondering what park and River you're near with this video?
@BrianD1464 жыл бұрын
Thanks, I thought it was somewhere near Aliso Viejo in Orange County. Very similar topography. I could see signs in the background that look like a campground. it's been really tough with this damn shutdown and no yoga classes 6 days a week. The KZbin is super helpful and appreciated.

@@ManFlowYoga I could see that. I was more frustrated with trying to stay balanced during the routine, even with the block. I felt like I was spending more time trying to stay upright and couldn't benefit from what I supposed to be working on 🤣. Sorry, my original comment sounded harsh.
