3 ripe mangos, about 20 ounces or 600 grams
¼ cup water or almond milk
¼ cup sugar or maple syrup; more or less to taste

I tried it with frozen mixed berries, I added regular milk and a tiny tiny amount of sugar, it tasted SO GOOD! The texture is 🔛🔝! I’m currently putting it in the freezer, I’ll update y’all when it’s ready!

Sorbets do not contain any dairy products and fruit purée is the main ingredient. Ice cream is usually made with a dairy base (cream/milk/plant milk) that is churned and chilled. Sherbets fall in between sorbet and ice cream, since they mainly consist of fruit purée and may include a small amount of milk or plant milk. Sure, all of the above are "frozen desserts". It is a generalized term that includes everything from cool whip, no-bake cheesecakes, and popsicles to anything vaguely dessert-like kept in a freezer. Right, this is not ice cream in the purest sense. I thought this mango frozen dessert resembled a sherbet due to its milky quality. Although, perhaps if someone were to argue that "plant milk" is a fruit/plant purée or juice, then this could be called a sorbet.

I love it even better with fresh grapefruit juice (of 1) and blend a handfull of frozen raspberries with it (Skip the milk part). It’s very refreshing and has a kick to it. And has the most vibrant color. Almost like a good mocktail.

Or u can just freeze the whole mango... Peel while frozen and blend with little water until it create a creamy frozen treat. Put in cup andceat....no extras just pure fruit. You can also just freese whole mango then attempt to eat frosen...wil melt in you mouth
