First exercise is front delt, second is triceps, third is chest, fourth another front delt, fifth chest but cables is better, sixth front delt again.

Dumbell flies. Good way to wreck your shoulders and loses tension at the top. Use machines or cables

Only do 3 and 5 and the other "so called chest (shoulder) exercises" you can skip for better shoulder exercises

Exercise 1: Mainly anterior delts, slightly pecs and even biceps, so very low effort:effect ratio for the pecs. Also position of the hands (palms up) doesn't do anything. Not worth doing it. Exercise 2: Mainly triceps, little pecs, again effort:effect ratio is almost non existent. Position of hands only has effect on the triceps. Barbell press with narrow grip has the same effect. Exercise 3: The old fashioned incline dumbbell press is indeed a good exercise for firing the upper fibers of the pecs. Exercise 4: Do seated or standing pec flyes with cable cross instead, wher you have constant tension on the fibers during the rom and not an tiny portion of it. Exercise 5: Incline flyes, fine but the position of the hands ar utter useless, just do it the old fashioned way. Exercise 6: Yet another useless variation of the dumbbell flyes. Conclusion: Clickbait... guys on PED's "proofing" that those exercises work. Please stick to the basics of bio mechanics. The insert of the pec is located on the upper arm (humerus) so the position of the hands i.e. doesn't do sh*t. The only thing you have to consider is that the upperarm's movement is in line with the direction of the fibers of the upper part of the pec which goes roughly from the center of the upper arm to the collar bone. So, do exercises where the elbow is following that line and where you keep as much tension on the pecs for the most (preferably the whole) part of the ROM and your fine.
