Koi bhi mental illness thik ho sakti hai... The power is within you. You can reason your mind out of thoughts, sadness, emptiness, loneliness. Practice meditation and connect with yourself to find the cause/s os anxiety. What triggers it? And resolve one thought at a time. Hope this helps 🙏
