I know this is late, but that Cheese Bridge level from Super Mario World is actually exceedingly easy to finish (and can be done very quickly). First, you need to know that yoshi can bounce off the tops of the saws in the level. If you time it right and sprint to the right if the screen riding yoshi wearing the cape and jump just at the edge of the first platform so that you bounce off the first saw, the timing works out perfectly and you will bounce all the way to the end of the level. (I believe there is also a secret finish line you can reach if you fly under the final platform at the end and don't go through the finishline). I was so so happy when i accidentally discovered this as a kid.
