Ukraine Will Become NATO Member, Stoltenberg Says

NATO's outgoing Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg says Ukraine will become a member "when the time is right." He talks about securing more aid for the country fighting Russia and he says the US will remain a strong ally, no matter what happens in the upcoming election. He is on "Bloomberg Surveillance."
