Mark Saiger …. Coolest guy in the industry. I remember some years ago when I started with just a small carpet cleaning business with a used portable (with a broken heater😂) and an Orek orbital and pump sprayer. I reached out to mark on Facebook and asked him a couple of questions (the same questions I tried to ask other veterans in the industry that wouldn’t reply back) and this Titan of this industry replied back immediately and answered all my questions! It really did. It's the only grout I've ever seen like this. Really close to the color of iron ore Taconite and with sparkling specs in it 😁

During all these years cleaning tile ive been spraying the chemical on. Recently i started mopping it on, i prefer mopping now. Whats your preference?

We will mop a lot. Large open areas you might find us spraying, but we will a bunch of times still use a mop to move it around 😅... Can't get away from the mop I guess 😁

A turbo can clean more nasty better, but a person can get by with a wand. But it would take more agitation. We use the hard surface wand quite a bit because we don't see always super dirty, but we definitely do run into things a turbo is a must 😊

Mark, Can your code red be used in a Bissel Big Green Machine or applied with a pump sprayer?

You wouldn't want to run it through the machine, but it would work to use in a pump up sprayer. Just mix it up with hot water and apply like you see us applying onto the carpet (with your pump up sprayer). Give some dwell time and you can even agitate with a medium soft broom to agitate if needed. Even a deck brush on a pole might work. Then extract with your Bissell. You can use the Bissell solution while extracting or even just hot water. 😊

after cleaning for years with Conway wands a none swivel wand feels so weird and useless imo!
