I ran into Mark just as he was wrapping up at the first location, Sri Ganesha Restaurant. I've walked by that building almost every day and never realized there was an Indian restaurant inside. Will definitely check it out myself. Mark was super nice and didn't mind talking for a few minutes about his experiences and what he was up to that day. Thanks Mark for putting out this video and sharing your love for Indian food with us!

Absolutely they would promote nonsense street food with nonsense combination, loads of Amul butter and overload of cheese making no sense. Actually to be honest, for talking about the food flavours, one needs to have some maturity while describing the flavours and texture which our food bloggers don't have. They just want some quick fame and likes

The most well-known Indian monument in India, the Taj Mahal is not Indian. It was built on the orders of Mughal colonialists. One of the most important pieces of legislation still enforceable in India is the Indian Penal Code 1860. It was given Royal Assent by Queen Victoria and was first enforced in India by His Excellency the Right Honourable Charles Canning, 1st Earl Canning, KG, GCB, KSI, PC, Governor-General of India. So why do you feel it is so strange that your bloggers are busy promoting pizza and Starbucks coffee? There's also the story that it was the Italian architect Geronimo Veroneo, who is believed to have lived in Agra for many years and died in Lahore in 1640 was the architect who designed the Taj Mahal.

I will definitely try the next time it is viable to visit again. Growing up in London we are accustomed to Indian food being the Chicken Korma, Chicken Masala, etc! I'm sure these have been anglicize. I love Indian food and would love to try the authentic type in the very near future. Keep the good work up. Love from the UK.

That was amazing. The 18 item meal was an experience, especially with the owner to guide you through. You are such a joyful and generous person with everything you do. 🥰

Mark, I've NEVER eaten Indian food :( .. But you have made me excited to want to try it as soon as possible.. I live in a very small town in Idaho and will learn to make a curry or try to find a restaurant in Twin Falls or Boise .. Thank you for bringing the WORLD of food to me .. Your fan, Dawn

You can make a very simple potato sabzi at home. Boil and peel potatoes and shallow fry them in oil with a little turmeric and cayenne or red chillie powder. Once the potatoes become light brown and crusty then remove them. Add some more oil to the pan. Now add black mustard seeds let them splutter then add chopped onions. Saute the onions on a low flame till they become translucent or even a little brown. Then add tomatoes and salt, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chili powder. Stir the tomatoes till they become pulpy and then add the potatoes , saute it properly and cover and cook for a few minutes on a low heat. Uncover and then add a handful chopped fresh cilantro. The curry is ready. You can eat this with roti or rice.
