A well-designed & efficient strength-training circuit using the Body Bar. No jumping required! It's for those days when maybe you're a bit sick or tired and def don't feel like doing a super intense workout. But you still wanna move and get in some exercise! This one won't take too long and may give you just what you need to feel better!
The MOVES:

I need more of these workouts. I just purchased a 20 lb bar . I wish I had gotten a lighter one since I am a beginner but this workout is great. Thank you. Have a wonderful day

I love body bars! I'm so happy to be able to pull mine out! Couldn't finish make it all the way through since I was too sore from HIIT, but I'm definitely trying again in a few days!

Hi there, I would like to know as do I really need to breathe in n hold the breath while lifting the weight? I mean breathe till tuck in the stomach..?

Always exhale when doing the lifting/pushing/pulling. Never hold your breath!
