She did the best pilates bar workout on KZbin. She showed the posture, showed it with time and the routine is so effective. I have watched every single routine on KZbin and this is hands down the best because she is not a model she is actually an instructor who knows what to do and how.

Just got a bar, and I’m loving your workouts. I’m 65 and an ‘old ballerina’, so very flexible, but finding age is changing things. These workouts are perfect! Would love to see more between 15-20 minutes long.
