Progressive circuit that heats up quickly. It took me just about 40 minutes to complete so it's definitely one of my longer ones. Starting with one move/one rep, I'm adding on another move and another rep until we get to ten moves. Loads of sweat guaranteed. Starts out like a lamb and finishes like a lion! Take breaks as needed but try keep them as short as possible! Enjoy!

Oh my gosh! That was such a challenge. Thank you!i didn’t think I would make it but I did. I did modify with some triceps and biceps instead of a couple rounds of lunges but I didn’t quit. I’ll definitely check out your other videos! 💪

great workout but sorry i was getting irritated with all the stops...and time delaying. it would have taken far less time if you just stopped taking rests!!!
