A complete total body workout including a short, dynamic warm up and a relaxing cool down to improve your flexibility. Adapted from a regular weight lifting circuit, the strength segment consists of the following moves:
3 SETS/8 REPS

I was pretty surprised at how sore my whole body was after this simple strength workout! The key is moving your body into more and more challenging positions with every set. 😅💪

Hi Marsha, I just finished this workout and I loved it, It's awesome, and did not hurt at all, raised my heartbeat and I am definitely starting to get sweaty after stop. One of my favorites so far, getting stronger, I thought it will be harder after working-out that 1st awesome week. Great stuff! Thank You very much! I am so excited!
