She literally gave the answer to her own question. Demand being inelastic means quantity demanded relatively stays the same regardless of the price. If there are 5000 suffering from toxoplasmosis per year, thats your quantity demanded. Lowering the price won’t suddenly make other people who don’t need it want daraprim.
