i hate this movie. this is first mcu movie that explains scientifically ant man powers and than ignores whole explanation they say that pym particles reduce distance between atoms and increase dencity. well for example that tank weights in real life 26,5 t, and guess what. making distance between atoms smaller isnt going to make it weight less. i would prefer they said nothing or said its magic than try use science and than fail on almost every move

Yep, and she is actually not a bitch at all, but overall pretty reasonable. You can get her point of view that she doesn't want her daughter to latch onto a guy who might be back in prison soon. But it is also great that the "new guy" is a genuinely good dad for Cassie, too, and loves her just as much as Scott does.

One of the best things about this movie is that they use the size changing as more than just a gimmick. They could easily have just had the same old fist fights but, hey, they're small now. Instead they used size changing as a constant factor. One of the other great aspects is that Paxton, while occasionally a pain, isn't a complete jerk but an actually good father as well as Scott. Decent representation for blended families for once.

I remember how pleasantly surprised I was, too, when I first saw this. I went in not expecting a lot, but with some hopes. After all, Michael Douglas, Michelle Pfeiffer and Evangeline Lilly don't have to make any movies unless they want to, and don't need the money badly enough to make a stinker just for a paycheck. Still, this was so much better than I expected and, again, that's because it's not really a "superhero movie." It's a heist flick, that happens to have superheroes and supervillains in it. :)

Prisons in the us will use color coded uniforms, typically for ease of identification. Orange tends to be a common general-use color, and so it ends up being the go-to for easy "this is a prisoner" designs. Plus, its good as a semi high visibility color. Otherwise, Red tends to be high risk inmates, White tends to be either segregated prisoners, or those on death row. As for the light blue here, hes likely in a lower risk group in his prison, as blue is a common color for non-violent and misdemeanor crimes (hes a burglar, not a robber, after all). Or they might use orange for community service outings (high visibility for roadside work), and blue as the standard

In the American prison system orange jump suits are usually worn by prisoners in a county jail, or in transport to prison. Upon arriving at a state/federal penitentiary, they are given a blue/grey/white (usually) uniform for general population inmates. Most prisons tend to also have their own color coded uniforms for specific case prisoners (death row, high risk, etc.).

The de-aging tech used to make Michael Douglas look like he did in the 80s was amazing, but for some reason no reactors ever mention it. It's done later with RDJ as a teenager and that was fantastic too...! Also, all of the reactors recognise Paul Rudd, but for some reason don't recognise Michael Douglas or Evangeline Lilly. 😲🤷🏻‍♂ I love Luis' voiceovers, one of my favourite things in this film. 🤣 Cool video. And I do feel like certain moments are overlooked a little bit definitely with the one part in the film that Hank Pym sitting there with Scott Lang. That speech Hank Pym gave to Scott Lang about you know having a chance to earn that look in his daughter's eyes to be the hero that she already knows that you are it's not about saving our world it's about saving theirs.
