I had to laugh because my 202 Workbull has the exact same fan belt as yours.

I have liquid filled rear tires on my 204, and a 6’ back blade on the three point. With that, I do OK with the bucket, but recently found that a 1,000 lb. pallet. on clamp-on forks is about my limit (2,000 lbs. wants to lift a back wheel into the air). I like the idea of a variable rear weight.

Yes, I own one. With the backhoe attachment on, the bucket is bucket pretty much useless. When it hits the ground the front wheels lift. I’ve had it for 6-7 years now, and have mainly used it to haul 40-50 dead pines and cedars (victims of bore beetles) to burn piles. Presently trying to find videos on rebuilding the spool-valves on the BH- attachment. It’s a 1959 model, and last year (@ 60 years old) they crapped out. The swing control valve bleeds through, so there are now chains and binders holding it in center position. Mechanically, the tractor is a modified MF85 farm tractor. ChuckE2009, on KZbin, has a mid-60s 202, with a 220 attachment. He’s made a couple of videos on it. Thanks for the video. If you know of any videos or literature on repacking the valves, I’d love to know about them. I found your video searching them.

The only thing I could suggest would be to try checking out the agco website, If you haven't already. The have parts diagrams for the mf202.... might get lucky

I've got a MF 35 Utility, which is functionally identical to the 202. Mine has the MF99 loader (single dump cylinder) but someone upgraded the lift cylinders to the 101 so it has DA for the lift as well. Otherwise, the main difference besides however each machine was ordered, is that my sheetmetal looks like a MF35 AG tractor painted yellow. I've got cast wheel weights and loaded tires, (now only one loaded tire, one partially loaded- just waiting on that rim to fail now too) but just picked up a second set of cast weights for it. I got lucky, mine's got a shuttle shift which is awesome for loader work, and it's got a live PTO/2 stage clutch. No backhoe. Currently looking for some decent used tires for the front. Nice machine, I love to see others that are still worked.

Thanks for commenting. The guy I bought mine from, got new front tires at princess auto (harbor freight in the US). He said they were pretty cheap... might be worth having a look.

@@wheelinken I'll give that a try, thanks! You bet, these old machines are pretty awesome and affordable if you're willing to put a few dollars into them.

Just got one with a backhoe but cant steer it when its on... Weighs too much but with it off i struggle to lift dirt... Just wondering if you had your front tires loaded or anything adding weight in the front when you had the backhoe on...

Sorry I missed this question. There was a counter weight added to the front, maybe 150lbs at the most, it helped keep the front wheels down with the hoe on the back. Unloaded, with the hoe, steering was always very easy for me... front wheels had very little weight on them. With the hoe off I struggled to lift a simple bucket if dirt as well. I made a counter weight for the back out of an old barrel and removed the extra weight from the front. Thanks for commenting

How did that counter weight work out for counter balance?

Works good for a bucket of dirt... but I broke my forks so haven't tried to lift a big heavy log yet.
