I loved how gwildor already knew to send them back before her parents death, a very noble and heartwarming gesture on his part

I always thought Monica's secret motivation in the hit 1990's situational comedy "Friends" was her never telling anyone about her adventure on Eternia, because she thought no one would believe her.

2:15 One thing about Dolph’s performance is that look he gave Skeletor as he’s falling to his presumed death. He-man is only relieved at the victory but not at the price of another life, even one as vile and cruel as this villain. His only regret is the necessity of this and the fact that Skeletor set the terms when he could’ve just surrendered and faced trial. One last failed attempt at treachery is his legacy.

I've always found it interesting that they had a sort of love/hate relationship. Like they needed each other, good balancing evil.

It was said that Skeleton used to be known as a one called Keldor and that he was Prince Adam’s/He-Man’s uncle. One day, he grew obsessed with the idea of taking over Greyskull, it got the better of him, and the accident or incident he got into was what disfigured his face mostly, and even his body, and he became so skeletal, he earned the nickname Skeletor.

Epic battles like this should’ve been on this film more often. Everything was secondary on earth. And apparently this fight was supposed to be longer but it was truncated down to only 20% of its original plan. Budgets and all that.

I can't help but notice that bottomless pits are always conveniently placed in some throne rooms so that any epic battle that takes place there can have an even more dramatic ending.
@RaymondStarkes4 жыл бұрын
Beats keeping a prisoner or having to feed prisoners. Once judgement is cast down on a king, emperor, or Skeletor. You can just throw them into the pit, kill them right there. A pit in a throne room is a time saver

Originally they were going to kill Skeletor by throwing him out the window behind the throne and have him fall into space. They already filmed the part with him falling in space on a blue screen. At one point they where going to have a scene where a Skeletor Solder fall into the Graskull pit. They didn't had enough time to do that but they already made the map painting of the pit. Since they already filmed Skeletor flying into space, they decided to use that footage and have him fall into the pit.
