En esta clase añadimos más trabajo de brazos al repertorio de mat, poniendo a prueba la estabilidad y control de la cintura escapular para fortalecer los brazos sin tensiones excesivamente los músculos del cuello. Cuando finalmente sueltes la banda elásticas sentirás que los brazos ligeros y que los hombros flotan.

In this class, we add extra arm work to the mat repertoire challenging our upper girdle stability and control in order to strengthen the arms by outputting an excess of tension on the neck muscles. When you let go of the band you will feel how the arms
light and the shoulders floating.
