発酵温度は何度でしょうか？ ラウンド型はキレイに焼けた事がありませんので動画の綺麗な仕上がりに感激❣️是非教えて頂きたいのですが。

コメントありがとうございます♪ 発酵はオーブンの発酵機能があれば、30-40℃がベストです✨ なければ少し時間はかかりますが室温でも問題なく発酵できます♪ ポイントは捏ねの段階でしっかり捏ねる事と、綺麗に色がつくまで焼くことで腰折れしにくくなります😊

Thank you for your comment! I got this mold in Japanese site called cotta but they send only in Japan 😢 pls search up “round loaf mold” you might find something similar xx
